This is a well-situated B and B walking distance to the abbey, baths and shopping. We chose the most reasonably priced rooms, which were on the top floor and quite a hike up. We had a nice view out back, though our sons' view out front was obstructed by the edifice. Rooms were decently sized and comfortable. We had a...

Had a great stay, perfect location for Bath pubs and restaurants, service was great. Nice room overlooking Great Pultney Street. Clean but bathroom looking a bit tired. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend it.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast with a lot of choice and drinks. Nice to have a shower that was strong though not very hot in the morning. Very attractive refurbished shower room. The Wi-Fi connection was always good and constant.

A lovely hotel in a great central location in Bath. Our room was obviously recently refurbished to a very high standard and was more than adequate for our stay. The tea tray, water and biscuits were a lovely touch. Breakfast was amazing! Really lovely and great, friendly staff. The only niggle was that we felt very rushed by the chap...

Thank you the lovely review of our newly refurbished rooms; the owners have worked hard to make them special. We had 3 simultaneously check-ins at the time of your arrival so I am sorry that your check in suffered. We try to provide essential information on Bath without overloading you and greeting you promptly so that you can go to...

It may be hard, at times, to find rooms in Bath. This means prices are a bit high. We paid 104 Punds Sterling for a double room midweek. Rooms are OK, beds are good. Breakfast is traditionally and fine. Staff very helpful and friendly. If bringing a car, parking is a problem, but you can buy a 24hr parking ticket...

Te Edgar Townhouse is a B&B on Great Pulteney Street, very convenient for the city centre. The room was stylish and the bed comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast superb. However for £155 p.n,(single occupancy) I was not expecting to be allocated a cramped room in a dark basement with no view from the window. The room...

This is a fine little place. Very friendly staff and welcome. Room is clean, basic but OK. Sadly the mattress was clapped out so be wary if your back is bad. Good breakfast and very attentive with requests.

~The hotel staff were really helpful hotel. My room was small but had everything I needed. I had a single room on the 4th floor which is quite a climb but it is a charming building and the breakfast was great.
