We couldn't believe the state of this hotel. The guy at reception took us up lots of dusty, dirty stairs, which didn't look as though they had ever seen a vacuum cleaner. The walls had cracks, peeling paint and holes in. We could taste the dust in our mouths. The room was a twin room with old dusty, dull, worn...

One of the worst places I have stayed in. Location wise it's great but that is all !! The staff were friendly enough to be fair, but that is where it ends I am afraid . Our room was basic and you had to duck down to have a Shower due to the slanting roof !!! It needs a good...

The location is great for walking to and from Bath Spa train station; takes about 10 mins. All flat so easy to pull wheeled suitcases along although some streets are cobbled but pavements are fine. You can easily walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, endless coffee shops and main site seeing spots. Now for the downside; the hotel is very...

I was so disappointed staying here for one night. To be fair some of the reception staff were very helpful, but the one on duty when we arrived at the hotel was very unhelpful. The room we were given was 202, a family room. It was disgusting. The window was covered in cobwebs at the top. The drawers were covered...

It was a last minute booking, we wanted something close to the city centre and nothing else seemed to be available but we should have checked it out! This place is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in - it's hard to believe that it's allowed to be open for business. And it wasn't cheap at £85 with no...

OSo my fiance and I decided to visit Bath for a couple nights and booked this hotel over Booking.com never having an issue with that site yet we trusted it. That was our own mistake. The hotel outside looks like it might be a lovely big hotel but thats where the charm ends. Reception took 5 minutes and payment ahead...

I am not fussy and I have been sleeping in very tought hostels all over the world BUT this is defenitely the worst stay of my life. And I also paid 90£ for that! On arrival they gave us a room with a broken window. It was freezing. We complaint at reception and they replaced the room with a smelly...

I booked a room here Saturday for a business stopover. I wish I spent longer looking to be frank. This place is worse than a YMCA, problems began on arriving with parking. The hotel wanted £10 to park in a beaten up tiny car park with zero security where patrons seemingly dump vehicles as they please. Checking in took about...

Stayed here last night with 2 friends. Family room cost £110 so twice the price of the local travelodge which unfortunately was fully booked. For this price we had a old fashioned, out of date and grubby room. We unfortunately didn't notice until 4am that the window was open, the bolt holding it open had broken which meant we were...

Stayed here for 2 nights out of the pre-booked 4 nights. Yes its dirty, noisy, staff are not particularly helpful or friendly but its was cheap and local for work, that was until night number 3. Having returned to the hotel after a days work I popped out to source some food. On my return to the room it was...
