Spacious family room
The Family room says it has a full, a twin and a futon. Can anyone validate this? We will need 3 separate "beds", but pics dont show a futon, just a couch (which is fine is it pulls out into sleeper sofa). thanks v much!
"Top room 4 lovely and quiet ,at the back of the house so no trafic noise, and lovely out look on to a park"
"family room was well worth the extra payment. It was like a suite, my mum and I enjoyed our stay so much."
"Choose the larger rooms if you can."
"We had a back room and as long as we shut the bathroom door traffic noise was not a problem."
"Room at back, as on a busy noisy road"
