A few of us visited Bath for a couple of days before Christmas this year. Nick the owner was friendly and extremely welcoming the moment we stepped through the front door. He provided us with a map immediately and pointed out some things to do. His local knowledge was outstanding and super helpful! The place itself is just a short...

Stayed here for exams for 5 days. The host is very knowledgeable with respect to places to go, things to do, where to eat and restaurants to avoid (trust me, I've been to places where the workers have no idea about the general area). Rooms were clean, comfortable with all amenities available; Wi-Fi signal was very reliable as well. Location...

Nick the host was friendly, welcoming and a great source for local information. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and felt homely. It was at the front of the property so there was some road noise despite double glazing, however, this did not stop me from sleeping very well. Breakfast was divine as was the coffee.Ideally located : 10 minute walk to...

This b and b was in an ideal location, with walkable distance to the shops and restaurants and the fact we had a place to leave the car round the back was really handy. Our room was really comfortable, we had the top floor with a separate bathroom on the landing which was fine as there's only one room on...

I stayed here last year and Nick remembered me on my return this year. I stayed in a twin bed room this time which was very comfortable. The choice of breakfast was very good and the scrambled eggs and salmon one of the best breakfast I have had. I liked the cosy feel of this place.

A convenient location with parking at the rear but a walk round the block with the luggage. Luckily weather good. Room no. 2 is supposed to be a twin room but more like a single with an extra bed very cramped. Mattress on one bed was old and uncomfortable and seems has been mentioned in many other reviews but never...
