Stayed with my mum for a weekend break. Perfect location 5 min walk from the station. Overlooking a pretty park with the river 50 yards away. Lots of restaurants nearby and 5 mins stroll to the Baths and Spa. Large bright twin room (3) at the front which was lovely, sitting in window in the afternoon enjoying the park views....

Really welcoming, switched on and informative staff, both at the front desk and in the breakfast room; super location; fast, free wi-fi; pub on the ground floor (result!); clean rooms; good value; walking distance (within minutes) of main attractions such as Roman Baths, Abbey, numerous, old pubs and cool restaurants, good breakfast (although an English breakfast would have been a...

I stayed here last year and decided to come again. The staff are very helpful and very friendly.Perfect location. Plenty of choice for breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable. Yes, the hotel needs a lick of paint but don't let that put you off. I would stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our trip! It was centrally located and was reasonably priced. We walked everywhere and it was very easy to get back to the room for a break or an umbrella (we forgot it!) The rooms were charming with the antique furniture and wardrobe. The bathroom could use an update but overall we were pleased...

Great location and friendly staff. Hotel could use an upgrade but otherwise rooms were clean and adequate for our needs. Breakfast is continental style, but I think it would be nicer to have slices of cheese rather than the little snack bars as these can be awkward to open and then weird to try to slice onto your toast/sandwich/whatever. Wifi...

Great location, and friendly staff. Breakfast is included, but that's about it... the rooms weren't anything I'd brag about and I didn't get WiFi signal in the room. No lifts or air conditioning (nothing uncommon there though). For a traveler on a budget, this is worth considering - I was, and needed a place near the Bath train station (minutes...

This hotel is ideally located for a visit to Bath. It is centrally located and close to all the restaurants and train station. Parking is nearby but can be expensive and it is monitored. Breakfast is Continental Style and closes promptly at 9:30 a.m. which gives you lots of time to explore Bath. The staff were very helpful and friendly...

The room was clean but the furniture was old, bed was comfy though. It's a bit basic and feels a bit soulless. Staff very helpful, and the man on the desk helped with the cases.Breakfast was adequate but the coffee is instant. The seagulls are noisy at night. We stayed there because it was convenient for the station and everywhere...

This place is located in the heart of town, most of the staff were friendly enough and we stayed for 2 nights. I know there is a sign up for position of maintenance so i know that they are looking for someone to fix things up, but apart from the guy at checkin who was extra helpful, offering to help...
