We stayed here for New Years Eve and New Year day night, advertised as a three star, sorry but it just isn't that good. The staff were polite, helpful and very welcoming but the rooms are very tired and in major need of a modernisation or simply a redecoration and the blinds in the bathroom were absolutely filthy and did...

We stopped in Lambretta's bar for a G&T on the way back to our apartment. Loved the place. We had the best time talking with the staff and manager over the course of the week we were there. The bar tender, Ashleigh, was a delight to talk with, and made perfect drinks. They also have very good ales and ciders....

Came to Bath to see some friends and booked here at very short notice. Not flash by any means but our room was clean and warm and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast room and the view was very pleasant on a crisp December morning. The food, again not 5 star but fresh and well stocked. The staff are really...

i stayed here on a quick break just before Xmas, and would be happy to use it again. The hotel is several Georgian houses knocked together with elegant rooms and staircases, while our continental breakfast (plenty of choice) was served in a wood-panelled room with views over the park and Abbey.

Not a great stay. there was a dirty towel left from a previous guest in the bathroom. TV remote didn't work, Curtains didn't close properly so light from building site came in all night. Rooms sparsely furnished and desk and chair very worn. The website boasts a large breakfast but what was supplied was disappointing

The hotel looked beautiful from the outside but the inside was a disappointment. Our room was in the attic and was very old fashioned. The Lino floor in the bathroom was grubby and there was a fabric shower curtain around the tiny shower. The bath mats they provided were sheets of paper with a picture of feet on. The room...

Shared bath but it was not far from room and never ran into anyone else. Small room and a lot of stairs to climb but I was there for the location and that was perfect. No parking but the car park was not far away. I had to rely on friendly locals to figure out how to pay. ( I'd...

Bath is such a nice place to visit its worth staying in one of the nicer more expensive hotels. That said the room was clean and tidy tiny bathroom and located very close to the town centre. Keep in mind its very close to the rugby stadium so can be very noisy on game day. Breakfast isn't on for very...

Booked a double room in this hotel on third floor and it was terrible. Room was tiny, window looked out to a brick wall ten inches away! One very weak light hanging in a dirty shade. Shared bathroom was dirty with wood on windows rotting. Breakfast was poor and coffee was very weak instant. Staff weren't bad just apologetic as...
