Stayed in the main house previously. This time in the annex. Door on to the garden lovely room, and quiet. Breakfast excellent as usual. Staff always helpful. Good bus service in and out of Bath with park and ride nearby.

This is the second time we have visited here. The room and linen were spotless, all of the toiletries you could need, plus an excellent breakfast. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Will go again.

Our rooms were of decent size as we're the shower rooms. Tea and coffee materials were provided in the rooms Showers worked well with plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable and free WiFi was available in the rooms. There was a reasonable choice of breakfasts and good service. Outside at the back was a pleasant sunny garden with seating...

Thanks for making the time to comment on your stay with us. We are glad we were mostly able to make your stay a positive experience - sorry about the sap fro the Tamarisk tree. We had no idea it had this habit and hope that it was not too difficult to clean off. We are lucky with the buses...

This homely guest house has a bus stop right outside which has you in the city centre in ten minutes time. The beds were comfy, breakfast delicious, our bathroom was small but spotless. We would definitely stay here again, it was excellent value for money.

First time we visited bath, very friendly staff and great breakfast, about a 20 minute walk to the town centre which we didn't mind. Lots of off street parking and quite a few spaces on the road. We would stay here again, thanks

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Only problem was our room was on the top floor which was a bit of a struggle for an elderly couple with suitcases. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the gardens relaxing.

I spent a long time looking for accomodation as everything seemed pricey. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Good advice on what to do in Bath. I'm fussy about cleanliness & Room was very clean, bedding clean . There was a great breakfast. Would recommend ! The romN bath museum was far better than expected !

A warm welcome, and a large (executive) room with its own separate bathroom. Impeccable bedding, and so comfortable. Great breakfasts, and plenty of advice on places to visit and eat out, in particular the Boathouse just down the road, on the river. Parking places were always available. We spent two nights there and would throughly recommend this guesthouse.

A lovely stay for the weekend. A large executive double room was clean and private from the rest of the house with gardens directly outside the door. All facilities were there for us to enjoy. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. We were greeted by a charming lady, who showed us on a map some different places we might like to see, and recommended 3 places locally to eat in the evening. We ate at all three, and were not disappointed by any. The Boathouse - beautiful setting on the River and...
