From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were attentive and made us feel that little bit special. The accommodation was excellent and had that quality feel. The breakfast experience was superb! So handy being able to walk just up the street into bath. Would definitely recommend the Villa Magdala to others and stay again.

excellent friendly staff great location only downside on compact room very small ensuite would not suit elderly or people of a stout build would help to have a flat mirror by sink but would definitely stay again.

We were given a night's stay in Bath by our daughter who had researched the hotels and eventually chose the Villa Magdala. We are so pleased that she did as the hotel is lovely - so close to the centre for the architecture, shops and restaurants and yet in a very quiet and peaceful location overlooking a park. The staff...

Intended staying one night but stayed an extra night as we were so comfortable. Great location, 5 minute stroll to shops. Free parking was a bonus and staff were very friendly. Found the top floors a bit of a struggle with heavy suitcases but staff offered to help. Lovely breakfast with excellent selection. Only criticism is that it was quite...

This is an amazing hotel, boutique rooms and fantastic, personable service. The service first. Hannah is a real asset to the business, despite working what seems a vast amount of hours was always smiling and happy. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was there when we arrived very late due to traffic and again in the morning...

Upon arrival, we were greeted and then seated for tea or coffee with ginger cake. Caroline sat down with us and ensured our stay would be comfortable and enjoyable in Bath. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Villa Magdala is brilliantly located within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. The rooms are immaculate and breakfast was very good. Private car park and located on quite road. Small bathroom but perfectly servicable. Was staying here on business, would certainly return on leisure.
