This is a truly wonderful hotel with staff that this company can be very proud of, from the amazing welcome of tea and cake in the garden on arrival to the incredible breakfasts and cocktails in the evening, it really feels like nothing is too much trouble. We had a slight issue with our room and we were promptly moved to a different one without fuss and with such understanding. If you are looking at reviews because this hotel has availability for your dates just book it, you will not regret your decision, we will be back! Thank you to al the staff members that made our stay a wonderful experience.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Bath, a short walk into the centre and equipped with parking spaces too! Yes they are a little tight but staff will be more than happy to assist you parking. The staff really care, giving advice and actually following up and asking how things were with regards to attractions and restaurants. Stayed in room 23, excellent facilities and very clean. Breakfast was a delight as were the cocktails in the relaxed bar area. We stayed for afternoon tea on the following day, genuinely the best tea I have ever had and a bargain at the cost of just £27.50pp, definitely worth having one during your stay. Big thank you to all the staff that took the stay to another level.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night family stay at Roseate Villa. The hotel is ideally situated (perfect walking distance to Bath's central attractions) and has a good sized car park for the location. Inside, the rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and accommodated. There are a good selection of breakfast choices, including vegan options, and everything we ordered was cooked to a high standard. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bath.
