We stayed in Room 18 which was at the back and very quiet. It was however very hot and had to turn off rads and open window. The bed was very comfortable and the stay was pleasant. However we booked on Laterooms.com and was not expecting to pay an additional amount for my wife as we had booked a double... More

Just enjoyed a wonderful three days in this beautiful city. We haven't stayed at Brooks before but were very pleased with location. A gentle 10 minute walk will take you right into the city center, via the delightful Georgian terraces and pretty parks. We arrived early but the receptionist was happy to look after our luggage until check in time,... More

Me and my partner had a one night stay for a visit to Bath, the room was lovely (although be aware there are a lot of steps). Reception was very helpful and if you book through the hotel breakfast is included. We both enjoyed our stay :)

The best bit about this B and B would be the location followed by the breakfast. It is definitely not the best place I have stayed nor the friendliest in relation to the staff. It is very dated, and the photographs on the website do not match the actual rooms that are shown which is rather deceiving. Our room was... More

We particularly enjoyed being able to relax on the sofa in the lounge after going out for meals in the evening. It was good to read the newspaper and magazines provided on the coffee table in front of the real fire. Breakfasts were a treat with fruit compote, yogurt and a variety of cereals. This was followed by imaginative cooked... More

Our second visit. We will be back. Comfy beds, great lounge, superb breakfasts and very happy staff!! You won't be disappointed. An easy walk into town to the many eateries. On return an honesty bar and good book in the lounge.

Perfectly located within five minutes of Bath City center, and a well positioned bus stop literally outside the hotel with a regular service going to the bus station every 5 mins. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and given a tour of the beautiful Victorian-chic style guesthouse. Our room was immaculate and finished to a high standard with... More

We stayed here for 2 nights recently. We absolutely loved the place. We got a very warm welcome at check in. We loved the room. Yes it's small, but we have stayed in smaller. They had a great breakfast, cooked right in front of you. All the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. In a great location as... More

Brilliant place. Gorgeous rooms, quiet and peaceful. Fantastic breakfasts, happy staff. Easy walk into the city, easy to walk to the train station, buses stop right outside. All in all top notch there's nothing more needs saying. Go try it out you will be pleased.

Very nice Victorian-chic style guesthouse, perfectly suited to the quirky city of Bath. Stylish room with good quality furnishings and decent amenities. Service was prompt, courteous and refreshingly genuine. Great breakfast! ... book direct through their own website to get it cheap. Definately recommended, plan to stay here again.
