Used the secret escapes deal of £89 per night with truffles, bottle of prosecco and breakfast included. Had the full English for breakfast which was lovely! Amazing location and close to everything you need. Parking permit was £8 for our whole stay which was great (one night and a full day). Would defiantly recommend.

I decided to take my partner to Bath as a xmas gift so of course everything had to be perfect. Luckily Brooks Guesthouse did not disappoint! The room was fantastic, very clean and enjoyed the little touches - tea station with biscuits home made by the hotel chef! What really made it for me were the staff and general mindset...

We stayed in room 1 which is quite small although it was clean and comfortable. The tea making facilities are not in a good place as they are fighting for room on the same unit as the television, Could do with a little chest inside the door to double up for putting clothes in as there isn't anywhere except a...

We booked direct with the hotel fairly last minute for visiting the Xmas market but so pleased with our choice. The location is just a few minutes walk into the main city centre and probably just 15 minutes to the abbey. We had room 12 on the ground floor with king size bed and loved the little homemade biscuits and...

Unfortunately breakfast wasn't included & at £8.95 a person I don't want to pay that 5 times especially as my mr 7 & miss 5 eat next to nothing.. other than that the room was lovely & suited us great, we got the bus right outside to the Roman baths :-)

I would definitely recommend visiting this guesthouse. The location was ideal for strolling around the Christmas markets as well as enjoying Bath's superb thermal spa. The staff were very welcoming and breakfast was excellent. I staying in the twin room which was a little small but was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed for one night, having decided to drive and not take the train. Parking was in the large car park a short walk away, but this was not a problem. We were greeted by very friendly staff. The room was a bit shabby-chic. We had to open the window and turn off the radiator, as it was far too...

I strongly recommend this guesthouse. The receptionist is very nice and friendly ,my standard room was spacious and cozy. The bed very comfortable. Superb breakfast inclusive of buffet and cooked meals. It is close to the city centre. I will go there again.

My first impression was disappointing as my single room was so gloomy, with very little natural light. However it was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The shower was spacious but there was only a very small wash basin. There was some damage to the wall-paper in the bedroom and some peeling paint and cracked floor tiling in the bathroom or I...
