Stayed at Brooks Guest House for one night. Purchased for £89.00 through Groupon with bottle of wine and truffles. Stayed in Room 16 on the first floor. It was a nice clean double room with a shower room. The shower was invigorating and there was a kettle. The wallpaper was elegant but didn't match the carpet. No issues to report....

We stayed here for one night while visiting Bath. Overall we had a good stay, the room was a decent size despite the temperature being a little warm for me. The breakfast was very good and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The wifi was rather patchy and most of the time we couldn't connect to it at all.

I visited this guesthouse in December and couldn't fault it. But on returning I was very disappointed!! The room we were given was very disappointing, the lighting wasn't very good at all especially in the bathroom. We had to complain about the hairdryer which we changed three times because two of them didn't work and the third was a tiny...

Me, my mum, sister and grandma stayed at the Brooks Guesthouse for one night for a short stay in Bath. On arrival it's a lovely building and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The house was clean and well decorated and felt warm and cosy. Me and my sister stayed in the family room on the ground floor which...

Had a great one night stay in Brooks Guesthouse: good service, comfortable and clean rooms, good location and an amazing breakfast! The only downside was that the wifi connection didn't work very well.

Firstly it looks like the nicest B&B on the street, great curb appeal. Reception checking in was smooth and quick. Showed to our room No2 First impressions nicely decorated and we checked in on Easter Sunday and little chocolate eggs were left on the bed, lovely touch thank you. The room is small, and the layout odd, the toilet and sink...

Three great nights in this comfortable place. Very convenient to take the bus to and from the airport. Delicious breakfast but bad wifi connection. Clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Helpful staff as well.

Overall, Brooks is comfortable, friendly and clean. It is a short walk from the city centre and convenient for shops, restaurants and entertainment. The WiFi is rubbish and the break fast was not included in the price. Also the parking is a real pain.
