The breakfast is fantastic (as others have stated). The place itself is adorable. My twin room was definitely for one. The bathroom had no door. Even though it's a B&B,...

We always stay at brooks in either Bath or Bristol. Beautiful rooms, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is fabulous with a variety of items to choose from. Love it - highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay - our room had lots of mirrors and plugs, perfect for girls! Room was warm and clean. I had requested a vegan gf breakfast and it was perfect. Would certainly stay again. It is close to centre, we got the train down so parking may be an issue?

We stayed at Brooks Guesthouse for two mid-week nights during school half term. It is very conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the centre of Bath however the room rates were very competitive and good value. The room was clean and comfortable, maybe a touch small if in a top floor room owning to the sloped ceiling but don't...

This hotel was clean, warm and close to all the central attractions in bath. The Internet in the rooms dropped out and was slow making planning difficult. Reception staff were bright & bubbly. We paid for the local street parking at £8 per night was good value as street parking was otherwise expensive & we were able to park about...
