The room was very clean, had everything we needed. The location is great for sightseeing but at the same time in a quieter area. The lady was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the dining area immaculate. Great value. Highly recommend.

This house is within walking distance for everything and has all the amenities with a very good breakfast. We stayed on the top floor which is about 6 flights of stairs so if that bothers you ask at booking. The house provides a parking permit good for any street parking within the central Bath area. On busy holidays in the...

We needed to stay overnight in Bath and this was ideal. Its only a small guest house but the rooms are large and have character. Lovely bathroom. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed all the little extras. Breakfast was nicely cooked using local produce. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for 1 night in August. It is an old Georgian hotel located between the Royal Crescent and the Circus, located in a lovely section of town. It is conveniently located and a easy walk to downtown. Although we received a parking permit for free parking in Zone C, parking here was definitely stressful. There is a wonderful...

We had a very comfortable room at the back of the property. The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. A haven from the bustle not far away.

My wife and I have just spent a glorious two night stay at Brocks Guest House. Quite apart from the really interesting history of the building and the road, the interior is immaculate. The bedroom had so many interesting features and so comfortable. There was a really good choice of breakfast dishes of excellent quality. Many thanks.

My family had a lovely stay at Brocks Guest House. The room was clean and pretty. The dining room and breakfast was perfectly elegant. We came in to town quite late and they were happy to leave the key for us so we could check in whenever we liked. We will stay there next time we are in Bath, and...

We wanted something a little different from a standard hotel for our stay in Bath, and since we were traveling as a group of four with our two college-age nieces, Brocks Guest House was perfect for us. We opted for the family room (Thomas Gainsborough room) which came with one double bed and two singles and was exactly what we...

Dominated by Regency buildings, it's well worth staying in a period home when in Bath. I'm so glad we did! Brocks is faithfully restored, yet modern and very clean and well kept. Nestled between the Royal Cresent and Circus it's in a quieter part of the city centre, with an easy walk to the Assembly Rooms, Jane Austen centre or...
