Love Bath. I wanted to be in the heart of the town. This guest house is just perfect for a weekend in Bath. The staff are friendly. Think the mattress was memory foam so a good night sleep was had . Breakfast was just right size.

Good - Bed is comfortable. Nice view from room. Parking is close on the street and included. There were only a few spaces left. I imagine in high season parking would be an issue. The room had a good bed, ample room and was quiet. The breakfast was fine and made to order. The locations is decent with about a...

My wife and I arrived for a two nights stop, on our arrival we were greeted at the door with very little enthusiasm by a young lady. I was given a parking permit and promptly returned to my vehicle and displayed it on the dashboard, my vehicle was left in a very convenient spot outside on the road. On my...

Stopping at a b&b costing £110 per night you would as a minimum expect to be able to have a shower & breakfast, unfortunately this was not the case, after I had a very hit & miss 'shower' my husband decided it was just too much trouble to risk it so we went to have the tempting sounding locally sourced...

We stayed here for a shopping trip, staff were very nice and friendly, room was nice with everything we needed. Shower was not great but these old buildings don't have great plumbing in my experience so comes with the territory sometimes. Parking was very handy and were given a permit when we arrived at 10.30am and our room was ready...

Just come back from a 2 night stay here and it was a truly awful.experience. Managers are so miserable and unpleasant, bed uncomfortable, shower non functional, breakfast poor. If you fancy spending over £130 per night and getting zero hospitality then you will enjoy your stay.

It was my first time in Bath, and I was lucky to have found Brocks. If you enjoy walking, location was very good, and I was able to walk everywhere. Clean, comfortable little room and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Lovely young couple run it. I would recommend it for a 1 or 2 night stay.

We stayed in the Brock guest house for 3 nights whilst attending a wedding in Bath. The location of the guest house was great, less than 10 minutes walk of all the cities main attractions. The guest house also offered a free parking permit which is a bonus in Bath where parking is very limited. Our room was fairly small...

We loved our stay at the Brocks Guest House! Our room was very quaint, with a lovely view of the rooftops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful - even though we arrived before check-in, our room key was left in a lock box outside (code received via e-mail), since our room was ready. We appreciated this gesture, as we...

We stayed here for one night in superior room, it was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, very central with a parking permit included which was handy. Lovely breakfast and really helpful friendly staff. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
