My family are from the Bath area so I know the place well but this trip was very last minute and the first time we'd stayed at the Bath Spa. It's an amazing building from the outside but - for a hotel at this level - a bit tired and frayed around the edges inside. It could be fantastic but...

Early in March 2017 my party had two rooms with breakfast on a deal that allowed us to have a 3-course dinner for £35 per head (normal price £45). The rooms were very comfortable and had about the best bathrooms one could imagine. Porter service and valet parking were good. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. There were three...

Love this hotel a quiet haven in the midst of hustle and bustle. This gorgeous hotel in it's own grounds we are staying in the presidential suite3 rooms of luxry almost a small apartment. The service here is oldfashioned 5 star nothing is too much trouble. The food is out of this world. This hotel may be a little more...

At first this hotel looks very nice... until you go down to the spa for a 'relaxing time' with your friends. We were a group of 11 girls and had organised and booked spa treatments for all of us in different time slots throughout the day. Trying to get the treatment we had paid for was very frustrating. At arrival...

We stayed here for a little babymoon night away. Lovely hotel and room, only faults were a slight damp smell in the room and no tv remote. All the staff within the hotel were lovely and we can't fault their service!

My partner and I had a wonderful 2 night stay here. On arrival we were upgraded to a four poster room as it was a special occasion, and we were left a box of chocolates and a lovely note in our room! As we arrived at night, we didn't see the breathtaking, very well cared for gardens until the following...

Booked a spa day for me and my partner today as a birthday celebration and straight away the man at reception at spa was very rude to myself and partner. Was also told me and my partner would have to share a locker, so I had to wait for him to come out of male changing rooms. As you can...

Grand old world style hotel set in gardens on an incline overlooking the town centre. My room was a wonderful suite in the adjoining building. The hotel also has a large spa with both indoor and outdoor pools and steam rooms etc. The hot outdoor pool was especially pleasant and relaxing. Service was very good. My only niggle was breakfast....

We stayed here for 1 night for a mini moon so we're very excited to finally get away. The location of the hotel was great however that was about it. The room was very disappointing especially for what was supposed to be a 5 star. I have stayed in nicer Travelodge's. you don't expect there to be paint peeling off...
