Stayed last Friday night. Lovely hotel in great location. One major problem. Book last minute and cheapest room they had ( still £300 b&b). Room 2 -if it's offered to you ask for another if you want to sleep in after about 6am. Next to the room is a staff room with a very loud door that slammed shut every...

Thank you for your review. We note your comments regarding the door slamming and have adjusted the doors to address the issue. The doors now close very quietly on checking today. Please accept our apologies that your sleep was interrupted.

Stayed for 1 night as we were attending a rugby match at Bath RFC. Our superior room was very comfortable and located in the main building. No street noise what so ever. An amenity tray was provided so we could make a cup of tea. My only criticism would be that the bathroom was a bit cramped. We enjoyed the...

The Crescent in which the hotel is located is an architectural masterpiece and it feels very special to arrive there. The road is a cul-de-sac and you are able to leave your car in the road but the consciege holds the keys. Our reception was very welcoming and very good provision was made for our dog (dogs are allowed only...

Thank you for your review and we note your comments regarding the Dower House Restaurant. We have spoken to the Restaurant team who offered several dining options to you, the Tasting Menus, The All Day Dining and the A la Carte and you settled on the All Day Dining Menu in the Bar. For a hotel of 47 bedrooms we...

I visited the royal crescent hotel for afternoon tea to celebrate our friends wedding straight after the ceremony at the nearby Bath Guildhall. It was a surprise for the Groom who would otherwise have not agreed to it. Needless to say he loved it and we all had a brilliant time. The weather was kind to us for the UK...

I stayed at the Royal Crescent on Monday, 30 March with my daughter and we felt like we had been transported back to the Regency era. It was a chilly day and once we stepped through the door, there was a roaring fire to greet us. Parking is very limited outside the hotel but once we drew up, the hotel...

I stayed here with my father for a long weekend a while ago, the suite was stunning, the staff were wonderfully courteous and the food was first class! Wonderful time, best hotel in Bath! Ps. I should probably mention that my father is disabled due to military service, he is blind, and I have never been anywhere before where the...

My mother and I had afternoon tea in the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant itself is beautiful overlooking the gardens. We were blessed with a sunny day so that made looking out of the window even more enjoyable. Do ask for a window table as I feel this made a difference to sitting further back. The food was...

It was so long ago but I remember staying here with my family for a night or two. There was actually a balloon race going on and we could see the balloons taking off from our windows. We stayed for 1 night in Room 8 (right over the front door with a view of the crescent and lawns in front). It's a lot more than we normally pay for UK hotels, but it was so worth it. I've walked past many times on previous visits to Bath and finally decided to book in when we had a...
