This was our first trip with our 1 yr old son. The staff was extremely accommodating to our needs. A play pen was even brought up to our room. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great only 5-10 mins walk to all attractions. Rooms were clean and well kept. Will definitely be back. Thanks

I stayed at the Queensbury hotel for a weekend break in February. The location is great and the hotel itself is lovely. The staff at the Queensbury couldn’t be more helpful, however the Owner has absolutely no respect for his staff. He speaks to them in the most derogatory, undermining manner which has completely put me off ever going to...

Dear RCCarrrington 1, We are disappointed to read your review posted recently. We discussed this with you after your stay, and whilst we do not agree with your version of the events we did express our concern at your experience as your departed the hotel. The incident that is referred to was a private conversation between members of management of...

The experience is true to the hotel's web site description. It is eccentric and quirky. Using the stairs and landings that serve to interconnect what were separate residences can be a bit disorienting (in a fun way). The first two times I tried walking down to the lobby rather than use the lift, I found myself inadvertently detouring to the...

Lovely smallish hotel with a homely yet professional feel. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff who were all very professional and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate to all our needs. Well done! The room was fantastic, bed very comfortable, flat screen TV, wifi throughout (good signal as far as we could tell),...

We stayed here again this weekend and once again this proved to be a fantastic choice. The room is amazing and on top of this the staff are amazing. I must personally thank Steph on reception who went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one. She is a credit to the hotel. The staff in general...

We had a wonderful stay in Bath in March 2017. Our stay was made really special by the welcome we received at the Queensberry. It is a very special hotel with all the staff so friendly and professional. Everybody was very helpful and they all made us feel very special. In addition the restaurant is first class. I would recommend...

Lovely hotel, couldn't fault anything from the time we arrived until the time we left. Staff was very helpful and attentive and nothing was to much trouble. We got up-graded to a deluxe room(no.10) which was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of a high standard with a wide choice from continental or full English. The hotel is...

The Queensbury may not have a swimming pool or marble lobbies but this is my favourite hotel in the world, it is just so relaxing and cosy, as one other reviewer has said it feels like home. The staff are super friendly and service is quiet and efficient. There are plenty of places to sit and have tea (complimentary tea...

My visits at the Queensberry never disappoint... I always find friendly and helpful staff, always ready to share some information about Bath and answer my questions, a marshmallow bed to provide me with the deepest night sleep and a beautiful and comfortable room. As a returning guest, I was surprised with a lovely box of chocolates which I enjoyed in...
