Had a lovely stay at the Griffin - the service was truly wonderful and we felt so welcomed and looked after for the night and morning. Perfect location in the centre of Bath with some lovely ales on offer. Breakfast was substantial and of a very high quality too. Only downside was the room was really very small and didn't...

Thank you for your comments, apologies for the size of the rooms, as the building is 300 years old, some of the rooms are small. Point taken on the hanging - we are getting some new hanging space delivered in the near future. Sam

A great little boozer a bit off the beaten track and away from the crowds. Has a great array of beers, especially if you like something good and hoppy! They offer a roast on a Sunday from £11. Dog friendly and gave us a big bowl of water for our dog. Well worth a visit.

Me and my mum stayed here for one night in Aug 2016. The B&B is full of character and really cosy and really well situated for all of the city centre attractions. Our room had all the facilities; hairdryer, tea&coffee etc. and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious, especially the full english (which we both had) and toast...

The Griffin has been my favourite pub in recent times in Bath with great beer and a very friendly atmosphere so on Saturday we tried eating there. What a great evening. Able to get 7 of us in for dinner, food was superb (best scotch eggs ever!!) and the beer was as excellent as ever. All had a great evening...

I love the Griffin, its one if Bath's finest pubs. The beer is always excellent, the welcome warm, and the history of the place perculates through it's beautiful Bath stone walls. It feels wrong to see the staff wearing the same grey uniform polo shirt thought. The personality and personal touch of the exceptional bar staff has always been what...

Glad you love the pub, sorry you don't like the uniforms, thankfully our staff's personalities shine through the polo shirts and we think that they look smart. Sam

We were well looked after as a group of 20. Staff were friendly and fun and produced an excellent group lunch in the back room. A good selection of beer was continually poured. Setting is close to centre, laid back and homely inside. Great for a bit of local atmosphere and good food away from the tourists.

My wife and I spent a night at The Griffin and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The room was clean and cosy, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. The beer and breakfast were also fantastic. There isn't parking on site but the Charlotte St car park is £8 for 24 hours and just a short...

Very attentive staff and good local produce for breakfast. The room was clean and serviced during our stay. Steep stairs might pose a problem for some guests. Location very central and fan supplied which was necessary as it was quite a humid night.

Myself and my partern always come in this pub for a treat. It has never failed to impress us. Staff are very welcoming. Lovely land lady who you can have a good old laugh with. The homemade slow gin is to die for. Great place for families and the odd drink after work. I recommend this place to any one...
