The room was very clean and comfortable, and we could not have been looked after better by our friendly host, Anita. The traditional English Breakfast was well done and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the 45 minute walk down hill into the centre of Bath; and the return journey in the evening. For those not wishing to walk, a regular bus...

your housekeeper Anita was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very at home. She cooked us lovely breakfasts. There was a lovely pub for food just up the road. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent B&B located 5 minutes walk from a great pub (Cross Keys reasonable and fantastic food) and bus stop. Buses run every 15 mins into Bath - much easier and cheaper than trying to park the car. Anita at the B&B is fantastic - she couldn't do enough to help and the breakfast was fabulous.

Ian kindly provided recommendations for restaurants in Bath and Anita who lives there was beyond helpful in providing (not only a great breakfast) but tips to watch the Rugby! The location is great as it's not too far from town and with an all day pass for £4 you can't...

A classy B&B just outside the City Centre of Bath but well serviced by both Park & Ride and a regular local Bus from the nearby Bus Stop. Décor clean, crisp and elegant. Beds were very comfortable and bedding Fresh & Clean. What made the stay outstanding was the staff. Anita went out of her way to check us in...

Saw the previous reviews on TripAdvisor for this so that was the main decision for us choosing it. Good off road parking, we received a very warm welcome and were helped with our bags. Room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It is walking distance to the local pub who serve amazing fresh home cooked food at a reasonable price....

The many excellent reviews of this B&B are fully justified. A warm welcome, comfortable beds, a spacious shower and a good breakfast. There is a good pub within 5 minutes walk (Cross Keys). What more do you want?

Beautiful little B&B run by a lovely couple, helpful couple. Very accommodating - When we ran out of milk for tea late at night even went out of their way to get us more when we texted them. Great cooked breakfast in a beautiful dining room where we got to chat to the other couple staying there on the same...
