Me and my partner always stay at cromwell whenever we visit shrewsbury. I love it. The rooms are lovely the food is amazing especially the breakfast and evening menu, we have never ate at lunchtime so can't comment but I'm sure it would be lovely....More
Fantastic, Daniel the manager is so accomodating, the breakfast people super, accomodation is oldy worldy which is so quaint. Will stay again. We had an old bed which was so amazing. Clean, tidy, and we loved it.

The building is 500 years old when people were smaller. We do have enormous rooms. Just ask.

Yea. You can park free of charge in the Loading Bar at the front of Cronwell's between 18.30hs to 07.30hrs this also applies to on-street parking in St Mary's 1 min away. There is a private car park at the Parade in St Mary's, a 1 minute walk, that is free from 16.30hrs to 08.30hrs and then £1 / 30 mins. There is also an NCP car park five minutes away at the bottom of Wyle Cop.
