Absolutely fabulous time. Edward and Ros were the perfect hosts. Food was great. Had an evening meal which was fantastic and such value for money. Edward and Ros were waiting for a foal to be born and hope it all went okay, a little disappointed it didn't arrive whilst we were there. I throughly recommend this bed and breakfast and...

This felt like a luxury version of home away from home. Everything was beautiful and grand but also incredibly homely. And Edward and Ros's warm hospitality made us feel very much at ease. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this characterful and comfortable country house, set in beautiful, tranquil grounds. We were made very welcome and to feel at home by friendly hosts Edward and Ros. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked dinner in the delightful wood panelled dining room on one evening of our stay, followed by relaxing in front of...

Very nice to have met you both and do come and stay again in the future. Speaking of which it would be a pleasure to lend you a boat to 'bob' down the river to Shrewsbury (weather permitting). All the best and thank you for taking the time to leave such a nice review. Edward and Ros.

My daughter and I stayed here last weekend - it was a surprise night away for me. En route she exclaimed her dismay at not finding a more central location for our evening out and how glad we were that she didn't. From the moment we stepped into this wonderful historic house with such warm ambience, we were treated like...

Thank you so much for such a lovely review and apologies for taking so long to respond. I certainly look forward to seeing you both again in the future and was most impressed by the notion of you being whisked away for a surprise night. With best regards Edward (and Ros).

Due to my father in law being unexpectedly admitted to The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital after a cardiac arrest, we needed somewhere to stay immediately. The Isle Estates was recommended to us by 'Virtual Shropshire' and I am so glad that it was. We are seasoned travellers but this was (without argument) one of the most beautiful and welcoming properties which...

I know that it was under less than ideal circumstances when you come to stay but it was a genuine pleasure to have met your various family members and we do hope that 'the patient' is on the road to recovery. Look forward to seeing you later in the year. With best regards Edward and Ros.

Booked the Isle as a surprise for my husband's birthday. There were 11 of us in the party including 3 children. Cannot fault our stay, everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for Edward and Ros who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we...

You won't get better than this if you're looking for relaxed elegance and a warm welcome in a fascinating part of the country. You can feel like a part of the landed gentry, even if only for a short while, because you're treated as friends rather than intruders. The estate has been there for hundreds of years and you can...
