To be recommended or keep secret in case others find out! Small, smart and clean two-bedroom flat at top of 30 stairs (bit tough if pensioner or with disability). Cosy, quiet and just two minutes away from characterful market stalls and old charm Ludlow town centre. Memorable stay with nice welcome range of food and drink left for arrival. Grand...

stayed in the Comus apartment for the first time after always staying in one of the other apartments. this was an excellent apartment with a lovely balcony in the castle battlements and with great views. very peaceful and very relaxing. nicely fitted out and very comfortable. one or two minor niggles but did not detract from a most enjoyable week.

We had a week's stay in the Comus Apartment the first week of September. The four of us were very comfortable and would return again when holidaying in that part of the U.K. The standard of equipment and furnishings were first class and the little roof terrace was the icing on the cake. I wonderful warm welcome was received from...

We stayed in the Comus apartment for 4 nights in July. Absolutely wonderful! We were welcomed with local breads, cheeses, eggs, and marmalade! The kitchen was also stocked with tea supplies and a couple bottles of wine. We couldn't have had a warmer welcome to Ludlow. Our contact there, Sandy, was very friendly and most helpful. The apartment is on...

We stayed in the Comus apartment, which has a small terrace that we loved. Could do with a more solid table but we managed and we ate most of our meals out there. It looks out over the castle grounds on one side and the marketplace on the other. It was very tranquil. We liked the apartment very much -...

We recently stayed at the Comus apartment. It was truly wonderful. We felt at home immediately, the apartment was spacious, with a lovely layout, comfortable, clean and homely. Such a lovely setting being within the castle and was quiet. The balcony is a welcome addition with some good views over the castle. In really good weather it must be fantastic...

We took all three apartments in Ludlow Castle for a family weekend to celebrate a significant birthday. Our three children took one apartment each for their families, while my wife and I stayed in a hotel ten minutes walk away. Each family took it in turns to provide the evening meal, which we ate together in the Prince Arthur and...

Earn envious looks from passers by as you enter and exit the impressive front doors in the castle wall! We booked the 2 larger apartments for a 3 night family get together (4 siblings, 3 partners + a 9 year old boy). Greeted by a very friendly and informative staff member just after 2pm and given 2 sets of keys...

This appartment is at the top of castle house, which is build into the walls of Ludlow castle. It was very spacious , clean and well equipped. There are great views from the windows and even a little balcony with a table and chairs, sadly the weather was not suitable for this in February! The welcome pack of bread, cheese,...
