We were so looking forward to our stay after my boss bought me a Best Western travel voucher for Christmas to say thank you for running the business whilst he was seriously ill. This was a much needed break for us both & with the good reviews we chose this hotel. Unfortunately we are having to check out a night...

I will try to keep it short, giving plus and minus. We had to ask to change room as people above were walking across the floor and children leaping up and down so much that the ceiling was shaking and creaking. Staff very helpful and moved us the next day. New room far too hot Did have a window that...

Very welcoming hotel whose rooms are arranged as if off a pedestrian covered street in blocks of two up two down. The rooms are small but clean and well-stocked. The breakfast was well presented with the usual buffet but with extras including an individual cheese platter with a roll, crackers, celery and apple as well as three types of cheese....

We had a family break at this hotel, a family room and a double, they were very clean and well equipped, nice corner bath in the family room and two good beds for the children. Set in nice gardens very close to Ironbrige museums. Breakfast was very very good and excellant waitress service, nothing too much trouble. Would really reccommend...

Afternoon tea has boomed over the years, I jump at the chance to go to one. I've always enjoyed them, unfortunately until I went here. At £20 per head, your getting a pot of tea for the table, a sandwich, a scone, whipped cream to share (dream topping consistency), a mini brownie, a mini lemon drizzle and a mini strawberry...

This was an excellent experience from booking to checkout. A hidden Best Western gem. In a lovely quiet spot, the staff were fantastic from start to finish..the lady on check in, the lady that sorted a z-bed for my 5 year old, the bar and restaurant staff and the lady on check out could not do enough to make our...

The best thing about this quirky hotel is its position, by a park leading to the river. And a pleasant walk along the riverbank to the famous iron bridge & the village facilities. As parking is at a premium in Ironbridge, the carpark is a welcome facility. The only disappointment - our room didn't have an outside window. Which didn't...

I went to Ironbridge for a weekend medical course and am so pleased I did because I would probably never have visited this wonderful period hotel or the gem of a village/town otherwise. The building is a real architectural beauty with well maintained grounds and a picturesque setting. The staff were very professional and welcoming..the hotel is great inside very...
