Every time we visit here the ambience is miserable, the food is not that good and the service appears chaotic even when it is quiet.

I used to love this place, my mum and I used to walk up for lunch and enjoy our afternoon there. Cubley hall is always nice to have dinner there, used to go often. Food is lovely and so is the service.

Hi Emma, well while we were there only the guests were using the gardens and pavilion area however it is not exclusively for the use by the wedding function as the pub has a wide patio door which anyone can use to gain access to this area. As I say we were there all day and never saw anyone else use the gardens apart from the wedding function. Most other parties appeared to be there for the pub grub which looked to be really good and popular. There is no direct entry to the gardens from the Barn so you would have to use the Car park i'm afraid. Personally if we were to get married again we would'nt hesitate in booking Cubley Hall as the hosts, the food and running of the event was was handled great. Hope this helps. Cheers Paul
