Hotel location suited needs however the hotel and car park are very dated and need refurbishment. Cost for the room at over £100 was not good value for Money. The Pub next door has been recently refurbished and was very good with excellent service.

Despite the low price, very poor value due to; very poor children's beds, grimy bathroom floor, noisy customers, people smoking outside our window in the early hours but window needing to be open due to overly warm room, corridor smelt of smoke and room in desperate need of refurbishment. Paid £20 extra to have our dog, yet position of room...

Very average Travel lodge won't be staying there again as More amienities in other hotels closer by. Wasn't informed of no hot breakfast available or that the roads would be closed. Had to ask for certain items. But for a place to crash was adequate

Perfect location set in the town centre, 5 mins walk away from the hexagon theatre which is the reason I booked it. Our room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy, its smelled fresh when entering. All the staff were helpful and friendly, gladly recommend to friends and family for future visits.

The room could have been cleaned more throughly , there was dust along the edges & in corners etc. The bathroom door hinges were very noisy, also the restaurant outside the hotel was closed for refurbishment, if we was aware of this maybe we would have gone to another hotel. My wife is disabled and is wheelchair bound so we...

Stayed here for two nights to visit family. Room was large and clean. No problems. Room was very quiet as was the whole hotel. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Had a carvery at the on site pub which was also good and we'll priced.

This is a decent off the M4 hotel. The room we had comfortable and spacious, yet did show its age a bit.For our purposes it did fine ,and was clean and the bed was big ,and nice. The staff was polite ,the ones we saw,and the grounds were interesting.I noticed a woman walking here dog through what seemed like trails in the back.

Normally a good place to stay but standards are dropping. Quilt cover was torn, bathroom door did not close and the shower curtain was not a nice sight. Simple and cheap things to fix and I would have given a 5 star if they had been done
