Clean, quiet and nice comfortable beds. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing to much trouble for them even though I rocked up 8 hours early for checking. Only thing I would say is please make your hotel more visible with some signs out in road maybe.

Friendly, very professional staff.Excellent location - enjoyed a relaxing walk along The Thames and could see I wasn't far away from the shops had I wished to buy anything. 100% recommend

The bedroom was pretty standard for a premier inn but the bathroom looked like it was put in in the 70’s and not updated since. Towels so thin you could see through them, a shower that made you feel dirtier than when you got in, a faded white yellow shower curtain and toilet roll that was more like sand paper. - not what you’d expect and disappointing for the price. Breakfast also low on standards compared to previous premier inn experiences, everything was just bland and wet. Wouldn’t return.

Great location a brisk walk from the railway station. Excellent value with the usual premier Inn key items, very comfy bed and quiet. I had a room facing the river which was very nice in the morning sun. This Premier is one of the older style but as always very clean and well maintained. No Bath but separate shower which I preferred. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Through entirely my own fault, I had only booked one night and wanted to add a second. Booking the second was easy as normal, but as we were already in, unpacked and settled I popped to reception to ask if we could keep the same room. I was told no, as someone had booked it as the wanted adjoining rooms. I returned to r the room, only to find it wasn’t a room with adjoining doors, so that wasn’t true. I then popped back to tell them this, only to be told I was right, it wasn’t an adjoining room, but someone had asked for that specific room and the room next door; I stay in Premier Inns all the time, and I’ve never seen an option to choose a specific room, so I remain unconvinced. Also the desk chair was falling to bits, the room temperature was hard to adjust, the shower head too low (I’m only 6’1”, not a giant), the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow (less than 1mbps) and a personal gripe - I hate the parking log in system. All in all, very much not the normal pleasant stop I expect at Premier inn.…

We stayed one night at the Premier Inn on Caversham Bridge as we had a large family gathering at our daughter's nearby. I can't praise the receptionist enough - she was so friendly and helpful both before the booking when I rang with a couple of queries, and at the time of booking in. The room was simple but had everything we needed, shower worked well and the bed was beautifully comfortable. We went for the full breakfast at £9.50 which had plenty of choice re fruit, cereal, granola, yoghurt, croissants, pancakes, etc., as well as the cooked breakfast and good Costa coffee! It's not luxury but was perfect for our needs at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable stay. Weronika the Receptionist couldn't have been anymore helpful. Always smiling and willing to go above and beyond. Made our stay feel much better. Lovely choice of food for breakfast too. Served with speed and efficiency.
