It was a comfortable stay and ok in the tidiness aspects apart from the vent above the sink on the bathroom of 120, which was clogged up with dust so the extractor couldn’t draw away the steam from the shower, and If I’m being picky there was a hole on the duvet cover that in all fairness could have been missed. Friendly staff and easy to find.

Great staff, great beds, great hotel! I stay here a lot with my two young Children and they also have a great time x The staff always have a smile on their face and are happy to help if you need anything.

We had a very pleasant & relaxing overnight stay. Despite the external appearance looking a bit dated, inside the hotel was good & staff were friendly, especially a jolly man helping with breakfast who kept the grandchildren amused. Breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed in loads of premier inns use them all the time. This one would come fairly low on our list. The rooms were very tatty, side cupboard next to the bed to put anything on. Had to put alarm, phone, anything on floor! Not ideal! Bathroom not the cleanest there were hairs in the bath and around the toilet seat! Staff were not very friendly didn’t give any info about restaurant didn’t ask if we wanted to have breakfast or a table for dinner or anything! Having said that when we did go next door for something to eat the place was empty and no wonder! Service was awful! When given a menu then told only doing the lunch menu! Waited 15 mins before anyone came back to us by which time I had ordered a takeaway on my phone to be delivered by Uber which we had in our room! Excellent service by them! So overall glad we were only staying here for one night as a stop over! Not the best premier inn! Would only stop here again if I was desperate couldn’t find anywhere else and it was cheap!

We stayed here the night before going and joining friends at a different hotel to go to Ascot. The location was easy to get to, great value and free parking right outside. The room was clean , the staff were friendly and the room was dark and quiet at night which I need for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good value and lots of choice. I would use this hotel again.

No nonsense budget hotel but nothing budget about customer service. The staff could not have been kinder. + I left my iPhone charger in the room and when I went back the next day the staff produced it safely placed in a bag. So called better hotels can’t match that honesty and decency. Thank you everyone at PI Reading for a good night’s sleep and excellent service

We’ve stayed here extensively over the last few months and I have to say it’s been nothing short of brilliant. Booking was a breeze and even when a room wasn’t available the staff would go above and beyond to see that you could get accommodation. On to staff, and in particular Diane, Lindsey, Lisa and of course the incredible Mia. These guys are consummate professionals and incredibly personable, always stopping for a friendly chat and ever helpful. Great work guys and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Chris

I love premier inn’s as they usually are very comfy and when a good price comes up i book them over others. The bed was great, shower was very disappointing because it was too powerful jet the settings could not be changed. Self check in i loved was easy to use! They dont clean the rooms unless requested at reception which i was not told about until i asked why our toom hadent been looked at even after putting a sign on the door. Little bit of wall paper worn on the walls but overall it was a nice stay. 8/10

The hotel was as we would have expected. It was clean and had everything that we needed. However we were looking forward to eathing in the restaurant as part of our one night stay and this was closed which was disappointing as we were looking forward to it. Ended up in the fast food which was not what we had in mind when we booked.

The reception area was very impressive and after checking in we used the lift to the 3rd floor. My husband uses a mobility scooter and the lift was of a good size to accommodate it. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Downstairs the adjoining Brewers Fare restaurant accessed straight from reception, was bright and modern. The food was of a very high standard for 'pub grub'. There was disabled parking directly outside the entrance. If in the area I would definitely use this again.
