Excellent rooms. Helpful and pleasant staff. Cooker unworkable so all meals by take away! Big, big, downside. Not mentioned by Premier Suites!. Location is City centre, but from 9pm to about 3am the noise level of alcohol taken youngsters, meant little sleep on both nights. Definitely not recommended.
Beautiful apartment, the loud banging club music from the adjacent bar isn’t so beautiful! We have a 2 year old and the music is so loud you can feel the vibrations through the apartment! This would have been good to know in advance, would suit a couple that could sleep through a hurricane but not a family with a 2 year old!!! Extremely disappointed
We stayed in the middle of a heatwave and found it a very uncomfortable stay as there is no air con. The location is very good being right in the town centre so shops/restaurant are nearby. As there was no air con we needed to keep the windows open and were disturbed by the noise of from the nightclub that it is very close to that stays open until 3am. There was a fan provided, but it was insufficient for the sudden heatwave so led to very little sleep. We had booked a 1 bed apartment, but were given a 2 bed and found the facilities to be good with plenty of space. The kitchen would be a little small if you were planning on doing lots of cooking, but had everything that you need. The blackout blinds were great. There is a courtyard with benches which was a lovely peaceful area to sit and relax. Had we not stayed in a heatwave we would have given this a higher rating, but without air con, it is not a property we would return to.…
We stayed here for about a month and had a fantastic stay. The flat itself was very clean and spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we were lucky enough to have stayed at a flat with a big balcony that provided fresh air during our quarantine period. Sabina deserves a special mention - she has always been extremely helpful and reassuring, and always happy to answer our questions. Very satisfied with our experience here, looking forward to coming back again and would definitely recommend!
Spent a couple of weeks here. No complaints at all. Staff very helpful (a huge thanks to Sabina for printing off our tickets to the Winter Wonderland ice skating). Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.
We booked two apartments for a friends night out in reading. We were going to ascot races for the day so would not have been around during usual check in times but arranged to drop bags off early with no hassle. We were lucky enough to have both apartments ready for check in on arrival at 10am. Front desk staff were very welcoming first impressions were excellent. We dropped our bags in one of the apartments and headed out for the day. We returned later and the beds were super comfy and apartments were super clean and had everything you could want. Knocks socks off hotels. Only gripe were we were on corner facing the church and bell ringing on Sunday morning was very loud usually I would enjoy the sound but it was a big night and heads were a bit delicate, but that is my fault not the accommodations. Thank you for a perfect stay. …
Booked to stay here as it was cheaper than a hotel. We didn’t even leave, had a lovely evening in! Well equipped, spacious, modern and clean. We booked a one bed apartment but were given a 2 bed which was even better. Given a bottle of red wine. Tea and coffee provided. We were in a separate building overlooking broad street which was lovely with all the Christmas decorations. Would highly recommend for a couples night in, a base for a weeks stay in Reading or even with friends for a weekend. Would definitely stay again.
These apartments are great and it's really handy that they have a reception unlike some of the other serviced apartments in town where you feel a bit abandoned. Staff were lovely and super helpful and the beds were so comfy I didn't want to leave. Made my 2 week work stay in Reading slightly more bearable! Kitchen has everything you need. One small down side was that my apartment overlooked the Oracle and the purple turtle which is a busy bar that stays open super late. Got used to it after a few days though.
We spent some time at the Premier Suites and will definitely be back next time we visit Reading. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen which included a small fridge, a decent oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The lounge was comfortable and with plenty of space. The bedroom had a double bed and adequate hanging space, and the bathroom was well fitted out including a lovely heated towel rack. The room - and the whole building - were clean and well maintained. The location is really convenient - close to shops, restaurants and amenities.
We visit Reading frequently and would not stay anywhere else. We recently spent a week at this property in a 1 bedroom apartment in the annexe near the main road. The apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was small but well designed and the kitchen well equipped. The location is great as it is minutes from High Street and The Oracle Shopping Malland , numerous restaurants and also close to the station. The apartments are provided with tea/coffee, toiletries, dish washing and laundry detergent and are serviced weekly. As July was quite warm, a fan was provided and helped to keep the rooms cool. The staff team are friendly and helpful. We were particularly grateful to Sabina for sorting out our complicated bookings and always going the extra mile to help. We highly recommend Premier Suites Reading for a very comfortable stay. …
