I enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable and particularly liked the sofa. Most hotels have unpleasant chairs and it was cosy to sit and read my papers for the following day after dinner. I enjoyed my dinner and it was very good value. I found your two young waitresses very good. Even your Romanian (?) who said her...

Perfect spot to lay my hat for a concert at Blenheim Palace very nearby. Spacious, traditionally furnished rooms, tea and coffee on tap in the room, warm towels and good bath. Welcome convivial and conversational, breakfast good although would have liked fresh whole fruit not just juice). The location is on a main road but there's a garden to the...

Great location for visiting Blenheim Palace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choice for evening meal and breakfast. The fish and chips were really good. We would go back for sure next time we visit Blenheim Palace.

Stayed for one night with a view to visiting Blenhein Palace. Made to feel very welcome by friendly and helpful staff. Pub has good food and nice breakfast. Room comfortable and well stocked with toiletries and warm fluffy towels. Bed was a little tired but pillows were good.

Early evening meal which was very disappointing. Sea bass overcooked and dry accampanied with chili sauce. Lasagna and pulled pork burger ok. Peppers stuffed with risotto inedible and left uneaten for which we received a refund. Service good Would not return

Can't recommend The Duke enough. Friendly welcome, large clean room with an incredibly comfortable bed. We were spoilt for choice with our evening meal which didn't let us down. We had come down from Manchester to watch my daughter take part in the Blenheim Palace Bloodwize triathlon. The Duke let us park our car on their car park in the...

We were made very welcome throughout our two night stay. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed - the complimentary toiletries were appreciated. The food in the pub was extremely nice and there was a good selection on the menu - including gluten free choices. The service was prompt and friendly. We would recommend to others and...

We stayed one night and would stay again. Very pleasant hosts with good food and an excellent room. We did not know what to expect as with all stays at hotels but were very pleasantly surprised. Although on a main road the traffic noise was not a problem.

Welcome ok, we stopped for lunch and ordered a share dish but it was totally uninspiring, poorly presented and did not taste good. Nothing much else to say except I cannot recommend. Perhaps we were just unlucky.
