We stayed over a weekend on our first trip to Oxford with another couple. Red Mullions was modern and very comfortable, with excellent breakfast menu, lovely clean and bright rooms with good facilities. The owner was very helpful giving us suggestions on where to go and what to see and although they were very busy had time to chat and...

We've stayed here for a week and it's been like being at home. Rooms are clean, bright and really quiet. Breakfast is generous and delicious. And location is great; only 10min walking to Oxford main street. Close to good pubs, restaurants and shops. But the best part is how kind are the owners and managers. They were very friendly and...

Enjoyed a two day stay on our first trip to Oxford. Red Mullions offers a great breakfast, spacious and comfortable room, quiet setting and close to public transport. What more could you need? Wish we could have stayed longer. There is so much to see and do in Oxford.

We stayed here this April, the two of us with our 2.5 years old daughter. The room was wide, clean, and we had a plate of fruits waiting for us in the room. The hotel is very quiet even in the rooms that their window is towards London Rd. Service was excellent, though it took some time (about 10 minutes)...

The room was incredibly clean (even inside the drawers which is often not the case for many hotels/B&Bs) and the bathroom was nice and modern. I was staying there because my husband was having a specialist operation at a hospital in Oxford. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful - providing an extra camp-bed in the room when my child...

We've been there two years ago and came back last week. We found back the kindness of the owners, the incredible breakfast (really, that's a must-eat), and the comfortables rooms... We'll definitely come again as soon as we can :D Besides, the location of the Guest house is perfect to visit Oxford confortably: near a bus stop and 5-10min from...

If allowed just one word....perfect! Good location, frequent bus service into town, taxi even cheaper, spotlessly clean, lovely decor, delicious breakfast. Owners were in charge when we visited and were exemplary hosts. Can't recommend Red Mullions highly enough.

What a lovely change from staying at the Premier Inn and perfect for parents visiting their kids at Oxford Brookes. Pretty similar in price but major bonus of being within walking distance of the centre of Oxford, although the bus stop was opposite if you don't fancy the walk. Car parking available. Friendly welcome and taken directly to my room....

I was lucky enough to find the Red Mullions whilst I was working at the nearby Hospitals and stayed there 1 or 2 nights a week over a period of several months. The staff are all extremely friendly and accomodating. The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable with everything you would expect, from tea and coffee making facilities to...

I recently stayed at Red Mullions and it was even better than I expected after having read previous reviews on line. The staff could not have been nicer and the family that own the guest house are great. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. They have everything that you need whether it be for a brief or longer-term stay;...
