Location seemed to be in the middle of nowhere! The reception staff had to be asked about dining / breakfast arrangements and seems put out that I had dared to ask. Despite staff stating that they had booked dinner and breakfast for me they had failed to do either according to the restaurant staff. The restaurant itself was very busy...

Family room had space for all the necessary beds! The newly refurbished Beefeater next door had a few opening teething troubles and perhaps is a little overpriced for dinner (although it was packed with families and others) but I have no doubt we will return.

The hotel is small and compact bed and breakfast. The rooms are quite and clean. The hotel services is nice and quick. The breakfast is reasonably good. Tesco 24hr is also near by along with a large shopping market with subway, MacDonald just right across the corner. I can higly recommend it for persons on tight or mid range budget.

Second stay at this Premier Inn but since our last visit a new building has appeared which our room was in. Lovely room (looked like it hadn't been used!) So quiet and bed very comfy. Excellent "eat as much as you like" breakfast. Staff brilliant - rushed off their feet - very busy weekend. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was satisfactory for our one nights stay. The staff friendly and all expected extras were in the room. Tea, coffee, hair dryer etc. The only 'downfall' to this accommodation is the adjoining Beefeater where breakfast is served and an evening meal can be bought. The food was good but the service was very very poor. Left unserved for...

Had we been told that this Inn was a building site at the moment we would certainly have cancelled our booking. If when you arrive you are offered a room in the annex ask for a change of room, low or no water pressure and brick dust everywhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my partner as we were visiting a family member in a local hospital. We probably visited at the wrong time as there were building works going on around the hotel that were pretty loud, and we were exhausted from being at the hospital early hours of the morning so struggled to get a...

Good room, very good service. Seemed to know our requirements when we checked in - we were there to attend a wedding in Oxford. Polite staff, very reasonable breakfast. Room was quiet. Room in newly built wing so looked very fresh.
