Myself and my husband stayed here for one night as a birthay treat for him, we wanted to swap our busy lives in London/Essex for the countryside. The hotel was lovely, from the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant and very friendly. We stayed in a superior room which was a good size with nice decor, it was clean...

A friend and I stayed in a twin room before Christmas. The hotel was nicely decorated and our room was clean and nice. However we were both exhausted in the morning because neither of us got any sleep. The beds were so hard that I twice had to check that they had put mattresses on our beds and that we...

Hotel was pleasant, clean, staff helpful. We stayed 10th an 11th april 2017,as a break for my husband's birthday, lovely place, breakfast was lovely to. Another reason this hotel was good was the location,if you don't want to drive into Oxford,at the bottom of road, you can catch bus to centre of the city, takes roughly 15 mins!

Stayed with family for 2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast and found The Hotel to have some very good points as well as some average and poor elements. I would say the Hotel has undergone a modernisation to a certain extent but lacks an identity/brand with a layout - specifically bar/lounge area and restaurant that doesn't seem right ie the...

Friendly & helpful staff, at the heart of peaceful Iffley. Relax within a quiet village setting or the delights of Oxford await via a short bus/taxi ride/leisurely stroll along the Thames past the University boathouses. Although the hotel decor was a little tired in parts, we enjoyed our stay - the hot tub in the suite definitely helped!
