Beautiful Hotel in a great location. Faultlessly clean and excellant helpful staff and the most comfortable bed. The mini bar is quite pricey,so watch out because there is a lot of temptation in it.Really good food also in the restaurant.
Really quite disappointing. The bedroom was fine, although very hot. The food was not terribly good. Breakfast mediocre, afternoon tea stodgy and unexciting, lunch very chewy. My "complimentary" newspaper didn't turn up.

Stylish is a good adjective for this highly polished hotel with a very large and carefully trained staff. Good points are the ground floor bedrooms, delicious breakfast, exceptional smoked salmon, great cocktails and cosy fireside entrance hall.

Reception can be a little luke warm at times but this is probably the best and most comfortable hotel in Oxford! Food mostly very good and small but comforable rooms are great. Would love the tea making facilities back in the smaller rooms
Have been in Oxford a few times and this in my favorite hotel so far. The rooms are nice and I really enjoyed the library room. Food is decent and staff was kind to accommodate variations to food order. Liked that it is walking distance...More
