I took my wife to the Hotel du Vin's restaurant for a Romantic Valentine's dinner and provided the hotel with the following feedback - and guess what had no response - the hotel and restaurant has really gone downhill fast compared, real shame!! I have been a frequent visitor to a number of your hotels and bistros across the country...

We visited the hotel in January for my dad's 60th and it was a really lovely break. The hotel is the most wonderful, unique old building and the rooms are absolutely stunning. My parent's studio double was fabulous and our big doubles were also great - with amazing baths and showers. The food was lovely - but only slight grumble...

Stayed at Hotel du Vin for a Valentines overnight stay. On arrival Lucy the receptionist was superb in her service checking us in and sorting out our valet parking. We were shown around our room and was made very welcome. We had a "Big Double" room. Everything was superb and the bathroom was a highlight with a large roll top...

This is our 6th stay in a Hotel Du Vin hotel and our second stay at the Henley on Thames branch. As with all hotels in this chain, the location is great and the building is stunning. The Henley hotel is a converted brewery and the building’s interesting history is apparent all over around. It is a fascinating place to...

We stayed at Hotel du Vin in Henley through the Sunday Stopover deal, meaning we had an amazing room at a relatively cheap price. On arrival staff were really polite and sorted our check in straight away, including moving our car from double yellow lines to the valet parking service they offer (only £15 - easy and relatively cheap). We...

Stayed in a large double (absolutely worth the little bit extra than the standard double) which was a good size, loved the stairs leading to bathroom with rainfall shower and rolltop bath! Beds very soft - so beware if you're a firm mattress lover! Food is great, service is great, best to go in summer and enjoy the courtyard. Breakfast...

Stayed for 1 night as an anniversary treat in a large double - room was huge with lots of character and charm. Bathroom was immense. A really romantic stay. Would happily go back. Only minor down points were that the floorboards were incredibly squeaky as you walked across the room (but it is a very old building so not unexpected...

Excellent service, impeccable attention to detail , surpassed our expectations truly one of the best hotels we have ever visited and in a superb location. It's worth a visit to some of the pretty surrounding little villages such as Hambleden and Fingest plus also the town of Marlow also on the River Thames . The Hotel Du Vin will be...

Stayed overnight on my way to a meeting. Superb, effecient checkin. Parking taken care of on arrival. One of the cleanest rooms I stayed in and I am a regular guest in various hotels. Nice to see smiley faces in a hotel.

Only spent the night with breakfast included. Room was excellent (maybe a little too hot when we first got in). Special requirements specified when booking the room were met without the need for a reminder which was great. The bath was fantastic, filled itself in minutes quite literally. Food was also very good. Would definitely stay again!
