What a great little find. Decided to book a last minute room as was travelling up to the Cotswold and this was ideal. It's set back a little from the main road but I wasn't troubled by traffic noise. Had such a lovely welcome on arrival, which was greatly received as we had had a terrible journey. The room was...

Had the most lovely stay here. The staff could not have been more friendly or welcoming. The food was delicious! Excellent choice on the fish menu. The perfect place to stay to explore the Cotswolds :)

Was staying in a nearby B&B and this was the recommended pub for evening meals. Food was very good, staff very attentive, they recently took on the place from previous management and if they carry on like this, the place will be the place to be in a not too distant future. Great fish menu.

After a very long and exhausting journey back from SE London we needed a break and something to eat. It was almost 6.00 pm and I parked outside and checked first what time food was being served from, 6.00 pm, hurray, we still had another 2 hours travel to home. We had a table in the restaurant area and ordered...

My wife and I were looking forward yesterday to a nice meal at the Inn for All Seasons in Burford and we phoned at 9am to ask about availability for lunch and their serving hours to which they assured us that the restaurant was ***open all day**** and they booked us in for 2pm yesterday 12 April 2017. We had...

Management response:

Thank you for your comments; however, I feel that I must defend your accusation of me being a liar. I was busy in the office when you phoned to rearrange your dining time which I confirmed for 3:00pm, unfortunately it had completely slipped my mind at that point that the kitchen were intending carrying out a deep clean that afternoon...

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the one-night stay in rooms 1 and 2. Breakfast was lovely. The decor was very traditional, the chest of drawers and dressing table were antique. Room 1 was slightly cold in the night as the heater did not seem to work.

We spent a night at this lovely hotel. We liked it. They prepared two extra beds for our two little children prior to our arrival. Dinner was great. Breakfast the next morning was with variety and delicious. The only issue we had was that the door lock didn't work. The staff on duty didn't even attempt to fix it. So...

This was our second visit to this lovely coaching in. Previously we stayed in November. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food of a very good standard. Location wise it's very easy to get to the beautiful villages. This weekend we decided to take my brother and his wife. There has recently been a change of ownership and...

Excellent welcome on arrival even on Cheltenham gold cup day. Out room at the rear of the inn was quiet with views over the gardens and countryside. Dinning was in a character dining room with a lovely wood burner and real country furniture. Food was consistently excellent across the whole menu ,we ate breakfast lunch and dinner and were very...

We stayed here last night with 4 of our friends to celebrate a 50th birthday - when we phoned the night before to advise them we would be arriving around 11am we were told we could only have our rooms if we paid an extra £10. We decided not to.. however when we got there a lovely woman told us...
