I took my elderly aunt for her first trip in 2 years. I could not have chosen a better hotel for our needs. The location was perfect, 1 mile from M1 junction 26 and right beside a tram terminal, providing easy access to the city. My aunt and I both have mobility issues and the staff here could not do...

Just out of town but plenty of parking and next to tram centre to voyage into town. Big Shopping complex , even the Swedish place very near and many cheap food options but very easy with Beefeater next door.

Friendly staff, rooms spotless, hassle free check in, easy to book and checkout, only two things stop it being excellent, taps are on a go slow, I get this may be to stop splashing and then slipping, and the liquid soap smells like man's aftershave Balm (great if ur a bloke!), Very minor things tho. The other thing that would...

We have stayed here a couple of times in the last few months. It is a convenient stopping off point for us. The hotel is very conveniently situated beside a very nice Beefeater and right next to a tram stop. I would have given it four and a half if that were an option. The only issue we have is...

We stayed here in July 2016 - my cousin was getting married at the local Swancar Farm, rooms are limited there so several family member chose this hotel. Our party had 3 rooms - 2 adults, 1 adult and 1 child ages 9, 1 adult 1 infant. Rooms were close to each other, cot was set up as request for...

Overall very good. Nice clean well equipped room. The first room we were offered had steps down to the bathroom - no good for my wife. We were immediately offered a different room & the reception staff could not have been more helpful. My only real gripe was breakfast, where I thought the wait to be seated was a bit...

Nice hotel does what it says on the tin, my only criticism would be that the middle-aged female who serves at the front of house seemed a little bit disengaged and disinterested in trying to help me with a food query(which would have taken but a second to check on the system) but instead, left me to find out the...

Hi Robert, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear you were unimpressed with your recent visit to the Nottingham West hotel as you experienced a few issues. I do apologise that the lift wasn't functioning during your visit as I can understand this would be an inconvenience. If there are any issues with the lift, an engineer will be...

This was our second visit so we knew it's not in the city centre but it's just off the motorway and there is a tram service just 2 minutes away which runs till the early hours of the morning !. One of the lifts is being replaced so if you have walking difficulties ring the hotel. We did not mind...
