My room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect - comfortable double bed, tea/coffee making, hair-dryer, TV and free WiFi. The TV has the ability to connect a laptop (HDMI/audio) and/or USB stick for playing back your own content via remote sockets located on the table which is a very nice feature and saves scrambling around...

Stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. Room was clean and tidy, with good size tv, good Internet access and location. The only wierd thing was the questionnaire where i had to state where im from how old im and so on. I do understand trying to analyse business but this should be optional and no smth customers have...

Stayed here for one night on December 17th having booked a twin room. We had been allocated a family room by the agency (which is their practice), but were told immediately it was not a problem and by the time we had checked in the extra bed had been removed. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable...

First impression at the desk brilliant. Room on the small side but ok for city hotel and A one night stay. We were going to the theatre across the road so decided to eat at six pm in the restaurant . We did book a table so they knew we were coming. However, there is where the pleasure ends. We...

Book this as a last minute as needed accommodation and I am pleased I choose this one over some of the other places that had space. Had all the essential things needed for a brief stay, it was clean, staff we're friendly and helpful and the room was the best one I've stayed in throughout the Premier Inn chain. The...

The staff at this new hotel couldn't do enough to help. From the self check in process, to breakfast the next day, to arranging late check out for us happily. Facilties were excellent and so was the service.

We visited this Premier Inn for a short break as we were going to an event in the city. Location can't be argued with, you can't be much more central than this but you're far away enough from the centre for there to be limited noise at night. It is around 1 minute from the door to the square which...

My boyfriend and I were stopping here for three nights. The first night I was woken up by a child crying for a good 10 to 20 minutes, and it continued on and off for another 40 minutes it seemed as if the partners were not attending to the child. After this my boyfriend went to ask about changing rooms...

The room was small but adequate for the one nights stay we booked for. Big comfy bed and black out curtains mean I had a great nights sleep which is the most important thing. Extra pillows as well ! :) The room was extremely clean and had a great shower. I don't like the self service check in, when there...
