It’s hard to find a room for 5, so we were very pleased to see a family room at the Igloo. We weren’t expecting luxury for the price but it would have been nice to be able to actually sleep! My son’s comment was “I felt as if I was sleeping in the street” and, sadly, I can’t

For a small city like Nottingham, the price is too high. Kitchen and shower room are excellent. But the rooms facing the street are cold and so noisy that you can hear every happening and sound on the street.

Stayed here for my first time in a hostel last night & was so pleasantly surprised !! We struggled to find the building as the signs aren’t very clear and we had to park for £15 at the Victoria Centre as we couldn’t find any available car park spaces but once we’d parked up &

Had a one night stay there. First i could hardly find it. There's only a small sign next to the door. Reception is across the street from the rooms which can be a good or a bad thing. It's quite small, it has a kitchen with a dining table only for four, no lounge or living room.

The location is good, walking distance to downtown, Nottingham castle and various touristic places. But, the rooms are in a building in front at the building that has the reception, that makes very annoying to report any problem you can have either internet access or the

Hi! Thanks for your feedback both good and bad. Your opinion is very important to us! Unfortunatley during your stay the internet went down for a night until the morning after. This was the the fault of the internet provider and as soon as it was up back and running we made sure it was accessable for our guests, we are sorry that it caused an inconvinience for our guests. We did however have wifi in the lounge in the reception which could have been used! Otherwise the internet is normally excellent! The kitchen is cleaned regulary, multiple times a day and every time a staff member is in the building we make sure it is clean and tidy and as we discussed it was not a cleanliness issue. Unfortunatley sometimes smells can linger in the kitchen and we will work out a way of eliminating unpleasant odours in the future. There is a phone number for the office on display all around the buildings and also an overnight number on the keys you have so our reception is always contactable incase there are any problems, we are more that happy to come to the buildings to put things right or even to help you with your luggage! Kind Regards, Molly @ Igloo Backpackers Hostel
