A great place to gather for a large family. 20 Adults, 4 children and 4 dogs. The dog friendly cabins were brilliant and we could not have gathered without them. The staff at the centre were brilliant and caring. Any age, anybody! We were all able bodied but we just knew these people cared! A great place, close to Leaplish...

We were a family of 4, with two girls 10 and 8. We booked a family adventure day and it was fab from start to finish. Danni and Dave were great, we tried the archery, climbing, velcro Olympics and high ropes. Definitely recommend it. Food at lunch was very good with great choice and home cooked. Will be back for...

Fantastic family break with no 4G and no phone signal! Absolutely perfect. Wifi available if you want it but for me it was family time. We walked, laughed, star gazed, swam, zip wired, talked, ate and spent some real time together. My kids favourite part was playing cards and drinking hot chocolate under the stars 😍 brilliant time away. Thanks...

I booked this break to take my daughter, who has a learning disability and autism on an activity holiday. We were in the main centre .The room was clean, beds comfortable & it was quiet. The food was very good, with choices at each meal. But the main reason for Calvert Trust being great is the staff working there All...

For my 40th the family bought me a Family Adventure day, so off we went with a general idea of outdoors adventures and what we experienced was fantastic, The instructor Rich and Pip were fantastic and crammed loads into a day and were very flexible to try and balance the activities to the changeable weather. The whole family had a...

We came here from the midlands as wanted to explore this area. We normally go on a uk holiday each year and take mum In law away (as well as abroad holidays for us), she is a part time wheelchair user, not through disability though, just simply from age as has had hip and knee replacements and cannot walk far...

Two support workers and one wheelchair user came to stay for four nights and five days. We stayed in Cabin number two, close to the main building which was very convenient as our wheelchair user is difficult to push on slopes. Our cabin was spacious and well equipped but the furnishings and decor were old and shabby and the bedding...

As a ceiling hoist user accommodation is hard to find. It was a good break but it's a shame all disabled accommodation is dated and very basic. Not ideal to take your girlfriend. (They did however lend me some tools to repair my wheelchair )

I travelled with a group consisting of children with additional needs and their families. We did canoeing, King Swing and the climbing wall. Those that wanted to take part in the activities had a great time and those of us spectating were told where we could get the best view of the canoeing. The staff were great, very friendly and...

Decided to book a half day of activities at the Calvert trust for a hen party. £30 per person for two activities across a half day we felt was very good value. Each time I spoke to staff they were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we booked Geocaching and Velcro Olympics the staff said we could also do Rock Climbing...
