Great hotel with amazing hotel manager Iwona which she is making our stay just perfect and we definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.Nice and clean rooms plenty Parking spaces and locals shops . Lovely staff
Very quiet environment. Staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and there was hardly any noise coming in from inside the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. It is within close proximity of all major retail stores.
Hotel looked tired. Room looked clean but there was a slight odour. The shower was great but the bathroom was old and in need of a refurb. The carpets were extremely worn to the point they looked dirty. Staff were friendly
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend as the room and corridors seem to have a smell of their own which wasn’t very pleasant. The whole place needs refurbing. The room was cold and we couldn’t get warm.
Below average stay, not value for money. Room is quite old and the beds were not comfortable. below average stay, not value for money. Room is quite old and the beds were not comfortable. Not much facility available
We travel a lot and have stayed in hotels ranging from the Hilton to 2 star budget places. We booked here last minute as the Mercure (at twice the price) idea of a family room was a little flop out thing, with a mattress that squashed down to nothing. The rooms here are a little tired but they are spotlessly clean. I like to have a bath and it's rare to find a hotel with a totally clean bath... This Travelodge had one though. Very happy! When we arrived, George on reception was very welcoming and later helped us and our friends who were also staying here with somewhere to eat. Thank you George, we would have asked you to join us if we could! The next morning, we were greeted by James who was very apologetic when I told him the beds were a bit uncomfortable and I'd not had a good night's sleep. We went away with a voucher for our next Travelodge stay and a takeaway breakfast. Very happy with our experience, I would probably not stay here again purely because I have mobility problems and the beds caused me pain. Anyone who doesn't have sleep issues, this is a great place to stay if you're not looking for luxury.…
Firstly the chap that checked me in was lovely and helpful. However the hotel itself is dated and worn. My room had stains all over the carpet, the sink holes were rusted, shower curtain all torn at the top, TV was wonky and the windows filthy. The location was great for what I needed but unless they invest in this hotel I won’t be returning.
Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, especially hotel manager Iwona is going above and beyond. Plenty parking spaces and places where to eat close to the hotel. Would definitely stay again because the staff is amaizing there.
The hotel is in need of a complete refurbishment, very dated, smelly and state of disrepair. The staff were very helpful and friendly but the overall experience at the hotel very disappointing and would nit recommend or return
Very nice hotel to stay at, was expecting it to be a little bit more noisy than it was so that was good. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. Would highly recommend it, the staff were very friendly and helpful and even moved my room so that it wasn’t upstairs as I have mobility issues
