A great find in Northampton, excellent value and nicely situated. Quality of room is great and location is brilliant. Breakfast is optional and priced per item (continental only). Evening meal's via local pub or local takeaways

Arrived a bit early for check in so we stayed in the waiting area. The lady in the reception allowed us to fill up necessary forms and everything. Checked in around 4pm. The room was a bit small but good enough for a night's stay, warm and clean and all.No shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. We were not able to avail...

Used it as a stop-over on a Sunday night. Place was very quiet. Clean, comfortable room, comparable to similar places you may lodge when travelling. Basic toiletries provided & some biscuits. Didn't have the breakfast. Secure car park a plus. The sole member of staff I saw was very pleasant. For £30, great value.

Have found this a good value for money overnight stay when working nearby. Reception and check-in efficient, rooms do the job, compact bathrooms; decent shower and a fair spread for breakfast. Carpark is free and secure, remember to make a note of keycode (displayed at reception) for exit barrier. NB: reservations made with Amex via Booking.com would have you believe...

Well all I can say about this place is Do Not Stay, shabby entrance and reception area, old and outdated rooms. Bathroom was not clean at all. I was booked b&b but no way would I eat in the place. Avoid at all costs

Stayed here over the Moto GP weekend & was perfect for us. The check in was effortless & we were met with a warm welcome & shown all the areas within the complex before being told breakfast times & where our room was. Could not fault anything about the accommodation & the breakfast. Will try & get for next year...

Set in a good location this spin off from the Uni has a basic job to do, this being a good nights sleep. Job done, yes the rooms are dated, and a little warm, but are clean, comfortable and at a budget price, I spent three nights here a base for Silverstone and was more than happy.

This is reasonable accommodation for a short stay although our stay coincided with a wedding reception which didn't bother us too much as the music finished at a reasonable time. Had all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay.
