Booked with booking.com £100 per night stayed in Edwardian room, cleanliness not up to standard, owner of woodside not welcoming at all, Im fully aware that running a business can be stressful, and everyone has off days, but you are running a guest house, we only saw a smile when we were actually leaving woodside, you made us feel very...

Booked here on the spur of the moment for one night a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely room on the first floor facing the road (traffic noise wasn't a problem) that was decorated with beautiful antique furniture. The bathroom was the size of a small bedroom and furnished in a Victorian style...

I recently stayed here with my boyfriend overnight as a last minute day trip turned into an overnight stay. After seeing the good reviews I decided to book a room. I was a little wary about the distance to the town centre but this wasn't a problem at all as it was a short and pleasant walk into the town...

Stayed here for one night with our Son. As our Son had a single room we were expecting it to be very small. We couldn't have been more wrong. Beautiful spacious room with a huge bed. Now, to our room. We had the bridal suite which was enormous. Lovely décor, fabulous bed and a great bathroom. The breakfast was very...

This unique, boutique bed and breakfast has a lovely warm welcoming vintage charm. All the rooms have a different décor genre to them, and lavish to boot. I had a lovely stay here at this family run bed and breakfast, the family being lovely people and they cook a lovely breakfast too. Enjoyed and recommended.

The second time I have stayed here recently, the hotel is beautiful and the welcome as warm as the weather which was great for the whole of my stay. The breakfast was great and served hot which isn't always the case in other places, with an attentive host on hand to see if we wanted more and her delightful son...
