We had a lovely stay. Can't add much to what others have said as all really good! Really nice attention to detail, lovely breakfast. I really enjoyed the homemade jam! Nicely decorated room with individual decorative touches which make staying in an independent guest house so much nicer. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Everthing good already said about Seaview is absolutely spot on. Location is good, only a few minutes into town. Room was perfect - stylish, clean, quirky. Brian's homemade parkin left for us was delicious. Breakfast was as good as it gets from the fresh fruit salad to three choices of cooked - all beautifully presented. We had a perfect stay...

We have just had our third stay at the Seaview Guest house in three years. The standard of service, cleanliness and decor are just as good as ever. The quality of the food at breakfast is as good as it gets and cooked to perfection. Brian's home made marmalades and jams are a must if you have room for toast...

Room 7 had such wonderful views of the sea, the harbour and the Abbey. The room was so interesting with an excellent Kadinsky print. Everything in the room was done to perfection. The wonderful piece of cake left for us made us feel so good after the coach journey we decided to see the sights at 10pm onwards. The beds...

Seaview has to be the best B&B that we have stayed in. Brian felt that he has to warn us that our room (room 2) was the smallest of the rooms. However we found it to be perfect with a fantastic view of the sea and the Abbey. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of fruit, cooked breakfast and...

We found Seaview on internet.and had a very warm welcome from Abby and Brian. Everything is just perfect with great taste used in decorations and practical "freebies" in the room. The breakfasts are the best we have ever had and the view from our room is fantastic. You can even get free parking on the road if you are lucky....

This has to be the best B&B in Whitby. Brian and Abby have made it something special. The whole place is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice is great, we loved all the fresh fruit especially the blueberries. We had room no.7 on the top floor which was comfortable, spotless, and had wonderful views of the sea, harbour...
