We just returned from a wonderful half term holiday. The warm welcome we received was lovely all the staff were so helpful and friendly . What made us more than happy was the complimentary pint of milk awaiting us in the fridge. After 4 hours in the car a nice hot coffee was needed. The views from the site are...

Great Location, very relaxing, lovely watching the trains go by will definitely go again. Only negative was that the Endevour cottage had a really uncomfortable bed and was really in need of a deep clean. Will try an different cottage next time, we were in number 13

The cottage had everything you could need, warm and cosy the reception staff very helpfull. We went into the centre of Whitby and thought the car parking charges very expensive in fact the whole of Scarborough area car parking was expensive. That is my only complaint as the area was very nice.

Booked a 3 bed cottage for a 3 day break. Lovely setting just outside Whitby. Easy check in and cottage a Discovery (No 28) had own parking space and was on the top level of this park close to the reception & pool. The cottage is very dated with lots of chintz pelmets and curtains even in the bathroom where...

I loved these cottages, we had an endeavour cottage, no. 6 down by the river side and it was so peaceful, with a beautiful view of the river and the passing steam trains! Ducks would come over to the back door every morning to say hello which was great! The cottage itself was very clean and had everything you needed....

This place is a treasure of a place to stay a home from home! My Late Mum sister My Nephew my Son and New born stayed down at the bottom part of this complex! And I must say we loved it! The house was clean tidy and accessible for my Mum who at the time was in a wheel chair!...

I called before to reserve pet free accommodation and I am really pleased we did as the standard varies quite considerably. We had cottage 21 which was very nice, new kitchen and bathroom and very clean and tidy. The location is perfect we walked to Whitby every day with a pushchair without any issues and our 15 month old loves...

We stayed in July at number 28. On arrival the house was clean and tidy if a little dated. Location and view was fantastic as no28 was at the top of the (very steep). We only used the pool once, and whilst it was small it was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately at the end of the stay, whilst putting...

We travelled in 2 groups with 2 Adventure Cottages , 40 and 46. The houses were very clean on arrival and very well equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and bedrooms of a good size. The kitchen was not huge, but big enough for our needs, we were able to cook a roast dinner for 9 in the oven!...
