Yet again a really lovely weekend stay with Mike and Judith. Fantastic breakfast as usual. Would recommend this B & B to everyone. Not far to walk to town centre and the sea front. Great for couples, families and friends. Great place to stop, can't fault it.

We recently stayed a Sunnyvale House unknown to us when looking for a weekend in Whitby that it was the regatta weekend but we were lucky that Sunnyvale had had a cancellation. The is a lovely B&B it was spotless, nice sized room with a lovely ensuite. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order. We were lucky to get parked...

This was our second visit to Sunnyvale House and both visits have been faultless. Mike and Judith are wonderful hosts, breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable and spotless. Stayed for 4 nights at the Sunnyvale House. We were made very welcome by Judith and Mike. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and was excellent. Lovely clean room and great facilities, close to all shops and pubs and a little walk to the harbour and old town. This b&b is excellent value for money, I would recommend staying here....

stayed over the easter weekend for scooter ralley.Spotless room..best breakfast we have had in a b and b.owners were very welcoming and freindly.close to all ammenities ...just perfect ..great value for money and well worth a visit.we will definatly be booking again

the service from mike and Judith at Sunnyvale house b/b is great and friendly we normally have room 5 when we stay but changed to room 2 this time rooms are very clean and tidy English breakfast is very Hearty also available are cereal and can also have a vegetarian breakfast also Greek yogurt fruit juices by the glass 5...

This is the fourth visit here for New Year this year there where six of us. The place is clean and warm and the proprietors are very welcoming they moved breakfast time for us on New Year's Day to allow us a lie in, very accommodating. Cant recall how many times we have stayed here, but we have always received a warm and friendly welcome. The bedrooms are well equipped and tea & coffee always a welcome addition. The breakfast is of the highest quality and cooked to order to served hot - very tasty. Will be back soon

Great warm welcome really clean room and great facilities, close to all shops and pubs and a little walk to the harbour and old town. This b&b is excellent value for money, I would recommend staying here. My partner and i would stay here again.
