My husband and I have just returned from Falcon Manor for 1 night on a half board basis. Firstly I'd like to point out that we aren't "picky" people and hadn't been on a night away together for over 6 months so were really looking forward to it. There are many positive points about our stay. When we arrived at...

All in all a very nice elegant place. . Evening meal (steak) well worth a try, also worth looking at some of the deals early on in the year... We stayed on a 75 for the room as long as we spent a minimum of 50 pound either on food or drinks in the hotel, breakfast included.... The room was...

Me and my fiance stayed here for 1 night and had a gift voucher for 'champagne afternoon tea' which we decided to use. My partner has a serious pepper allergy and before arriving I was emailing the lovely Shannon back and forth about the afternoon tea and some requirements I had regarding the ingredients. I was a little hesitant the...

I was here with pals on a short walking holiday in the cold and snow. We took five rooms and all agreed was a quality stay, quality soak in the tub, grub and sleep. Highly recommend to individuals, couples perhaps not a perfect family stay but i noticed separate buildings outwith main hotel that may be more family?

Room was very nice , fourposter bed which was comfortable and the views from our window were breathtaking, but this time of year gets dark earlier...

Truly lovely hotel, stayed here for 1 night in June 2016. Utterly beautiful room, well situated hotel for local attractions. I was astounded to find myself in a room with a four poster bed, especially one so comfortable! In addition, the breakfast was delicious (although you can tell that the poached eggs were cooked in water with vinegar!) and the...

Stayed with friends for 3 night Xmas Package - 24th - 27th Dec., excellent value for money. Lovely room with modern bathroom. The Xmas Afternoon Tea on arrival on Xmas Eve was more than sufficient. Food at all meals for all 4 of us was cooked and presented beautifully with a varied choice of menus. All the Hotel staff were...

The first impressions were not great when we arrived, we struggled to find a suitable place to park and resulted in blocking in another car with the owners permission. Car parking issues resolved, we walked into the lobby, with not a member of staff to be seen to tell us where to go. Eventually after hunting around for someone, we...

We went to a 70th birthday celebration here and stayed overnight. When we walked in the reception looked stunning with the Christmas tree and decorations. We had a private dining room for the party. The food was excellent and the staff very accommodating. We stayed in Room 1 which had a wonderful view over the dales. There was a freestanding bath...

Didn't stay but had a great meal on Sunday evening. Everything about it was first rate. Tasty and excellent service. We are planning on returning to the area next year and will make sure that we make time to eat here again
