I've read the other reviews and everyone was spot on.. What a beautiful house, surroundings, with such inviting owners in trish and Richard.. We arrived late in fact it was midnight but was welcomed and greeted like we were family.. Would highly recommend for a weekend retreat... Thanks trish and rich..

It is not common in our TripAdvisor community to see such high rating as Littlebank - but this time it is true. I want confirm the quality of guest house: the warm, sincerest relation from owners, the clean and stylish rooms, the spacious old historical farm house. The breakfast is good, with wide choice of home-made jams. The home-made cherry...

Lovely house, beautiful scenery. This is an escape to the country in all respects from the long drive to crunchy gravel, doves to friendly free range chickens. A welcome in an informal atmosphere to tasteful decor in elegant bedrooms. Topped by excellent breakfasts and hosting by Trish and Robert, this is a jewel find. Loved it! Lilian and John Taylor....

We stayed as 2 couples: my wife and I and our son and his wife. Richard and Trish were very friendly hosts and we had a lovely stay in a very comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We had lovely long chats and felt as if we were friends of old. Very convenient for the Yorkshire Dales. Highly recommended.

Firstly make sure you read the directions and follow them precisely. They are perfect. I didn't. I used my OS map and found myself in a cul de sac! The hosts are seasoned in hospitality and it is obvious. Trish and Richard appear to thoroughly enjoy welcoming their guests. This ancient house is at the end of a rough track....
