This hotel has become my 'home' in Norwich since my mother moved into care. It is a brilliant place to stay and you are always cared for. Its also an excellent location - walking distance from Norwich main shopping area and historic sites. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The owners Gill and David have done a great job... Stayed here for two nights to go to reload festival at norwich show ground close to the town and bus stop for Reload is 5 mins down the road at bus station. Full english breakfast was good and no complaints about it as nothing was wrong. Stayed in room 30 which was very nice and i am a light sleeper... More

A smallish hotel just outside the centre of the city of Norwich. The room was nicely decorated with a large king size bed, with a large tv,set on the wall. It was a very warm evening and a large fan was available in the room which was well received, the room itself was in a separate block and a few... More

Really good food at both evening meal and breakfast; most enjoyable. Room a little dated, the bathroom in particular could have done with a refresh. The corridor with the grape vine is a very nice touch. Service very conscientious.

Hotel itself is dated to be fair and in general need of a refurbishment so leaves a little to be desired from a purely aesthetic point of view. Bedroom was a good size although the main door to the corridor had a gap of around 1cm all the way around it so the light from the landing came through as... More

We had an Ok stay during the bank holiday weekend. We felt that it was a shame we had to pay extra for breakfast which wasn't good at all, English breakfast had only 1 egg, 1 sausage and forgot our toast! About 15 minutes walk to the centre, shops and castle we didn't mind for the weekend but unlikely will... More

We chose the hotel due to its close proximity to Norwich city centre outside the inner ring road but close enough to easily walk in so away from the city noise. also as we were driving, parking was important too. The hotel consists of three Edwardian style houses in very nice grounds. The bedroom was really nice (though note to... More

Stayed here several times over the past year or so. Rooms are located either in main hotel or in buildings within their gardens. Best rooms are located in Coach House but all rooms are decent. Staff are good and it is in a decent location near to City Centre. Good pubs along the road as well. Nice food at hotel.... More
