Overall a lovely B&B. Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from and very filling. Beds are very cosy and warm, rooms are kept clean and spacious. Tea, coffee & hot chocolate facilities. Our only little gripes would be the shower in the twin downstairs room needs replacing, it has no ''umph" and was upset to realise the swimming pool is... More

We stayed here while attending a wedding nearby and were amazed by how good this place was. It's in a stunning, secluded setting and has been beautifully extended with comfortable, well furnished rooms. Janice and Richard are great hosts and couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order with a lovely pot of fresh... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in Woodman's Farm. Janice and Richard are perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our double room was delightful and very comfortable with lovely views. It's a great place for peace and quiet. There are lovely grounds to explore and the location is very good for exploring the North Norfolk... More

We stayed in the tree house as we needed two nights stay and Janice didn't have room in the main house. It was very small but that was ok, it was the fact that the shower didn't work properly and the en suite door didn't close that were the most awkward issues. That said, the rest of our experience was... More

If you love the countryside and its tranquility then this is the place for you. I stayed in the small cosy twin room where each morning I was awoken from a very restful sleep by delightful birds tweeting. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and cater for your needs. The food is well cooked and tailored to your liking... More

Extremely friendly family who run the B&B. Couldn't do enough for you. Lovely setting with well kept grounds and the room itself was clean and comfortable. I was given probably the best breakfast ever for a B&B if you like a traditional full English.

Just arrived home from a 2 night stay at Woodmans Farm, can't speak highly enough of the friendless of the owners, we have just returned from a family wedding, this b & b was brilliant, the farmhouse and grounds were lovely, peaceful nights sleep and Janice and hubby made a fantastic full English breakfast with cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt... When I travel with work, which is becoming more and more the norm, I am really not a fan of big corporate box hotels. I'd far rather take a chance and find somewhere a little more homely, somewhere with a little more personality. Woodman's Farm definitely fit the bill. The welcome from Janice and Richard was lovely, the room (the... More
