Without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I expected the hotel to be basic for the price but felt more like I was staying in a homeless shelter. Requested cups for the rooms 3 times and the receptionist never came back. In the end she emptied her own coffee out and gave me her mug - disgusting! People blatantly doing drugs in the car park in broad daylight in front of staff and nothing was done. The window wouldn’t stay open so we was given a bit of wood by the receptionist to prop it open. We were given a remote for the air con despite there being no air con in the room. Lack of plugs meaning I had to dry my hair in the kitchenette. No tv remove when we first got there. Loud parties going on in the next rooms. Given two hand towels in the room, no hot water & hardly any water pressure. I could go on..

Thinking I had found a bargain I booked this place for 1 night. Thank the lord it was only one night. Tiny room no window wood cladded walls and a steel framed bunk bed. I honestly thought it was a prison cell then I remembered that human rights demands a Window. To top it off parking is 50p per hour so another £10 on top .

Wish I had read the reviews before staying here. Upon seeing the room i thought there was no way I could sleep there. I've probably stayed in more than 50 hostels over the course of my travels and never have I felt like I couldn't actually sleep in a room til now. It was the capsule room, there was a really noisy fan and the room was so cold. The capsules had a lot of dirt in them as well. i hate being the person to complain but I wanted to be able to sleep that night so I politely asked her if there was something she could do to help me. I told her the fan was too loud, apparently they're necessary but she also couldn't move me to another room unless I upgraded. So in hopes of being able to sleep I upgraded to a single, the room itself was small but clean. The problem was the mattress was the worst mattress I have ever slept on in my life! The room was so cold and they apparently couldn't give me another blanket even though I knew the room I came from had 16 unused blankets in it. They apparently need them for walk ins, even though it's already 10pm at night... So staff were pretty unhelpful though I don't think it was their fault, the hotel is terribly run. They need to get better mattresses and maybe extra linen or at the very least heat the rooms to a proper temperature!!!
