This "hotel" has no reception, hang around until someone asks what you want. The rooms are tiny, dirty, the shared bathroom is disgusting and the toilet doesnt have a door. The matress on the bed was so soft, I lifted it to see if slats were broken and I noticed they expect you to sleep on an old urine soaked piece of sponge. The light in the room is purple and at night you cant see anything. The sponge pillows are about 3 inches thick and dirty. They say you get breakfast but its just a few tubs of dry oats, cereal bars and a few cartons of juice. I booked 2 nights but 2am the first morning I woke up and left before i caught some disease. Clearly the people who reviewed this hotel must be friends of the owner or something because no one in their right mind would give this a decent rating.Never agian will i set foot in this cess pit.

Went here last night with my husband as we are both vegan and the food absolutely blew us away. There is a very wide choice on the menu, all vegan or vegetarian. We chose the sharing platter and some street food for starter and were recommended the Chilli cauliflower and a chick’n dish for main. The Flavours and spices were perfectly balanced and we can honestly say it beat all the other Indian restaurants we have been to, The staff were all very friendly and attentive and all the COVID-19 safety measures are strictly in place. If you are in Norwich you definately need to eat here. The prices are very reasonable too. We will be back soon. A big thank you to Veejay the owner and our waiter for going above snd beyond on our visit. See you again !

**Awful - avoid** the hotel sits above an Indian restaurant! - I informed the hotel that I would be staying there with my 14yr old daughter and they put us in a room just big enough to hold a double bed! Unacceptable!! Also it was very cramped. No reception at all. So was unable to try to sort another room out. Walked out after being there 2 mins. For the same rate we stayed at the travel lodge opposite. In separate beds!! I never normally write bad reviews but don’t want mums and dads to make same mistake I did.

This place is a hostel rather than a hotel. Lots of people all night chatting in the corridors 🤔 I heard every conversation when people walked past room 3! I hope Shannon was found? Wifi was very hit and miss. The room it self was clean but, tv remote didn't work and nor did the heating ❄❄ Ensuite was clean but no toilet roll 👎or soap! Tea and coffee making facilities were good. The building is old and the sash windows are all single pane, Queens Road is a busy road so traffic noise is to be expected. Plentiful parking across the road and the city centre is a 2 minute walk away.

Stayed here for 1 night after being let down by another hotel. Basic but clean room, shared a bathroom but there were 3 to choose from and very clean. A little noisy as the ceiling is false so noise travels and the flooring in the hall is Lino. Overall good value and clean.
