Loved this place -- five minutes from the station and football ground (my reason for being there) but also quiet. Almost all rooms have been renovated and are quite nice -- the rest will be done soon. Robert was terrific and a pleasure to talk with -- also worked with me when I had serious train issues and arrived at...

Back in Norwich and are staying at the best value b&b in Norwich. Robert and Maxine never fail to look after us. It is especially nice to be treated like old family friends and the personal touch is much appreciated. Rooms are first class and the breakfast is excellent.

A very clean and well located small guest house. It was ideal for my son and I to enjoy an over night stay in Norwich. Breakfast was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend it to the short stay travellers who want a good experience of Norfolk hospitality!

Parking was quickly arranged with a permit. Our room had everything that we could have wanted and our breakfast was great. It is obvious that...

The check in procedure was easy and quick and we were allocated the ground floor family room. It was a very large room with modern clean facilities. The tea making equipment was...

I agree with many of the other commentsmade on Trip advisor. Robert and Maxine are terrific hosts and do all they can to make our stay enjoyable. Clean comfortable accommodation and a very good breakfast. We will be back again next year and wouldn't stay anywhere else. If you are arriving by train use the pathway near the right side...
